Huisje op de Hei is located behind our farm on more than a hectare of land, in a protected nature reserve just outside Dwingeloo in Drenthe. A special place, because you literally walk up the heath from our yard. No traffic, no neighbors, no crowds. The adventure begins on arrival, because to reach our cottage you have to drive a little kilometer along a sandy road. This road is not accessible to traffic. It's not much quieter in the Netherlands!

All beds have M-line mattresses. It is located in our farm where we live ourselves with our sweet labrador Saar. In the yard we have two donkeys and chickens. There is a garden with several seats, including one with a fire pit and views of the countryside.
