Nice apartment close to the golf course

Precious apartment of 2 bedrooms with 2 baths close to the sea and opposite to the club of the golf. Wide covered terrace, elevator and free parking. Residential private and calm, with several swimming pools and landscaped zones. The residential one possesses tracks of padel, playground for children and it is to 200m of the beach and opposite the golf course. Places of interest: the beach, activities in family, and restaurants and food. My housing is good for pairs and families (with children).

You'll feel right at home. It's about a 3-minute walk to the beach, just across the street from a supermarket, and a day. Next to Santa Ana Castle and Roquetas Harbor where there are pubs and restaurants. In the cellar there is plenty of space to leave the car and you also have the pool and a minibar area. There are no neighbors right next door so you can feel free to play music. The casita is fully stocked, ready so you only have to enjoy the beach!
