Very warm welcome. Well-located apartment to shine: Almeria, Malaga, Granada, Tabernas Desert... and the beautiful beaches of Cabo de Gata Nature Reserve. In addition, Leonor and Fernando remain available at all times and provide valuable advice. Following a breakdown of our vehicle and before repatriation, they were particularly attentive by allowing us to stay longer in the apartment. We thank them for that.

Juan is the perfect host, and the property in a fantastic location in the town of Tabernas, with ease of access to the three western film set theme parks and the beautiful mountain backdrop. Would definitely recommend Juan’s property. Thank you for a great stay.

Spectacular apartment, three bedrooms, two bathrooms living room, equipped kitchen, air-conditioned by ducts and a terrace overlooking the pool. All furnished and willing to enjoy it. Possibly in one of the best areas of Almeria very close to the cat cape and its beaches and villages. Great!!

Everything was perfect. The apartment is very good, very large and spacious. It has a very nice patio if you travel with children! Very quiet residential area without noise. We have been very comfortable. Paqui is always attentive at all times we have even asked you for information about restaurants and at the moment she has advised us several. Everything is perfect!

Very nice and cozy accommodation, although it looks a little bigger in the photos. Very well located for driving, as the surroundings of the area do not have a blue zone. Quique is a very good host, always communicative, very friendly and cheerful. Highly recommended and only a 3-minute walk from the Alcazaba :)

There were two of us and it was very nice. In the kitchen there was everything you need and the whole apartment was clean and very nicely furnished. The contact was very good and Raul was always available. The neighborhood is quiet and there is everything you need nearby on foot. The beach is a pebble beach, so the water is very clear and there was very little going on. We didn't miss anything, the stay was very nice.

The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. Mae is very nice and let us in earlier than agreed. The facilities are great and very clean. The only problem is that we could not enter the pool on Monday or the day we entered, otherwise everything is very good!

We, a couple with a big dog, felt very welcome and comfortable. The apartment with a large terrace and access to the garden is located in a well-kept and beautifully planted complex directly on the beach and entrance to the nature reserve, ideal for running with a dog. We were able to park our motorhome safely in the locked area of the complex, so everything is great for relaxing days!

i had a great time. The accommodation is tidy, tastefully decorated, perfect. if I have to come back I won't hesitate to call Alejandro.

The place is as in the photo, clean, and Gaiva is super helpful. It is located in the gypsy neighbourhood which for us flamenco fans was a plus. It was quiet at night, there is airconditioning. The only point of improvement would be adding some safety to the stairs.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful apartment. The photos are very accurate, apart from a nice surprise that there are actually two bathrooms. The apartment is in a great location close to the beach, restaurants and a supermarket. It has good reliable WiFi, comfortable beds and was well equipped with everything we needed for a long stay. The balcony is the best part of the apartment with comfortable seating, sun all day, and beautiful views over the marina and the beach. It was a bonus there was also access to a tennis court. Overall, we had a great time in the apartment.
