The property is also within 30 minutes of Fair Hill Natural Resources Area with 5,500+acres and 80+ miles of trails for hiking, biking, and beautiful scenery. Pets are allowed. The cottage was completely remodeled in 2018 with new floors, new paint, new counter-tops and upgraded bathroom and kitchen. Front porch offers views of horses and beautiful farm fields.
