The house, which was lovingly converted/renovated in 2020/21, is modern and fully furnished. It is elevated, 30 meters from the sea, and 1 minute to swimming. It offers 2 bedrooms/living rooms and kitchen with sea view, bathroom with windows, courtyard and 2nd toilet, washing machine and storage. This newly built stone house with amazing pool was added by the owners to their existing house, situated in a large olive garden in the beautiful countryside overlooking the Messinian Sea. Blending perfectly with the traditional mani style, tastefully selected furniture and fabrics were used to decorate this special home. Amazing views to the mountains and the sea, completed by a roof top terrace for relaxing sun sets you will find plenty of space and privacy for a perfect holiday experience.

You will wake, eat, live, sleep, dream on the beach! Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Lovely ground floor apartment.

Nikos Apartment 1 is in the ground floor of a building. It is lovely with all the basics. It has one double bedroom and a sofa that turns into two single beds in the living room. It is 200 meters away from Gnospi swimming platform and 300 meters from the center of the village with the picturesque harbour, all cafes and restaurants, supermarket, sweet shops, pizza etc It is not recommended for light sleepers as it is near the side of the road. All our visitors were fine with this so far.
