The house, which was lovingly converted/renovated in 2020/21, is modern and fully furnished. It is elevated, 30 meters from the sea, and 1 minute to swimming. It offers 2 bedrooms/living rooms and kitchen with sea view, bathroom with windows, courtyard and 2nd toilet, washing machine and storage. This newly built stone house with amazing pool was added by the owners to their existing house, situated in a large olive garden in the beautiful countryside overlooking the Messinian Sea. Blending perfectly with the traditional mani style, tastefully selected furniture and fabrics were used to decorate this special home. Το Malsova Home βρίσκεται στη παραλία της Μάλσοβας 1 χλμ απο το γραφικό χωριό τού Αγίου Νικολάου στη Δυτική Μάνη. Απέχει 5 χλμ από την Στούπα και 10χλμ από τή Καρδαμύλη. Βγαίνετε από το σπίτι με το μαγιό και με 5 βήματα βρίσκεστε στη παραλία. Τό σπίτι έχει μία μεγάλη, στεγασμένη βεράντα με θέα στο κήπο, στη παραλία και στο βάθος φαίνεται το χωριό του Αγ.Νικολάου. Στίς σεζ λονγκ στη βεράντα ακούγοντας τα πουλιά και το κύμα νιώθετε αμέσως γαλήνη. Το σπίτι είναι 90 τμ καί η βεράντα είναι 60 τμ .
