The studio with private entrance is on the base floor of a house of the residential area "Seidentor", with a total of 16 condominiums. It has a large window with upper exterior light. The studio measures just under 20 m2, has a sitting area (with sofa bed), a counter and a large double bed. There is also a wet zone with its own shower, sink and toilet. There is no cooking facilities but it has a small fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.

The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.
