Stramare di Segusino (Treviso), 400 m away. An ancient village on Prealpi Trevigiane, between Piave and Malghe, founded XVI-XVII sec by Istrian charcoal attracted by waters and timber. At the centre of many possibilities: 10 minutes from Valdobbiadene/Prosecco hills UNESCO heritage, 20 from Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; one hour from Venice and the Dolomites. For years I was the only inhabitant, today there are 6 of us, romantically immersed in greenery, relaxing, to find yourself among nature, beauty, food and wine, excursions.

Between Sutrio and Ravascletto, the first house of the homonymous village houses the Prepaulin apartment. A few minutes from the "Zoncolan" ski area and the Arta Spa, a convenient starting point for excursions in the high mountains and for simple walks, about 30 minutes from the border with Austria (Monte Croce Carnico pass). Pets are welcome. I can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (not possible for 4 adults). The apartment on the first floor is also available: look for it in the listings!

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Quiet alpine hut in the heart of the Carnic Alps

Driveway ONLY possible with our off-road vehicle and accompanying person. Then about 45 min walk to the hut. MUST BRING: sleeping bag (from 3 nights there is also the possibility to rent bedding), food, sturdy shoes IMPORTANT: Please let us know the arrival time one day in advance so that we can also plan the day to ensure a smooth arrival.
