For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Splendid 160 sqm residence on two levels, in the heart of the historic center of Udine, with a stunning view of Piazza San Giacomo, in a historic 15th-century building. The accommodation is just steps away from all services. You will have the opportunity to experience the charm of living in an ancient residence rich in history and art, without sacrificing modern comforts. The real 'gem' of the property is the 'altana', a spacious rooftop-area with a panoramic view of Udine Castle.

Ravascletto: Cottage with two independent apartments

Between Sutrio and Ravascletto, the first house of the village of the same name houses the Prepaulin apartments. A few minutes from the "Zoncolan" ski area and the Arta Spa, a convenient starting point for excursions in the high mountains or simple walks, about 30 minutes from the border with Austria (Monte Croce Carnico Pass) Pets are welcome. I can accommodate a maximum of 7 adults and 2 children (I cannot accommodate 9 adults: one room is too small.

In Rigolato, in an ideal location near Sappada, Zoncolan and the Austrian border, you can relax with friends and family in a beautiful, recently renovated house. Close to several famous mountain huts and lakes, we offer an apartment composed of a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer, a kitchen with wood-burning stove, one double bedroom, living room with bed wardrobe and tv with NETFLIX, terrace, the last room with double bed and bunk bed.

Unforgettable moments to spend in the Cesira Estate with its comfortable rooms in antique style and immersed in the unspoiled nature of Friuli, forests, lakes and streams. For the presence of dogs, it is necessary to request authorization, the daily cost is 10 euros. The final cleaning fee is €150. The cost of the pool is to be defined based on the number of nights. The attic consists of an open space with a very high ceiling and two bedrooms built under the roof. It is bright, extremely welcoming - also thanks to the beautiful light wood floor -, pleasant in all seasons: in spring and summer for the warm outdoor light, filtered by the roof windows and the balcony; in the cold season for the charming fireplace with open fire and the view of the snowy meadows.
