Marisa was a wonderful host. She made me feel very welcome and was always available whenever I needed her. The apartment has a great location -- it's right next to the park and subway and there are tons of places to eat close by. Very convenient.

Well first if all if I could give Marisa 6 stars as a host I would. Super friendly and welcoming and although we didn't meet she was easy to get in touch with from booking right through to when I checked out. The apartment itself us great. Lots of quirky details which make it a beautiful space, clean, very comfortable and roomy enough to relax in for a few hours after a day of exploring. Everything I needed was there and Marisa sent over detailed information about what was provided and where to find everything. The location couldn't be more perfect. Minutes walk from the subway and walking distance from lots of great things in Brooklyn too. I was out until the wee small hours every night of my stay and had no problems getting 'home' afterwards. Overall I had a great stay here and would happily recommend the apartment to anyone.

Had a great time at Marisa's for the period of time we stayed there. All though we weren't in the apartment all that often it was nice to come back to and relax. Close to a subway which was very handy and had a lot of different shops around. For the price and location it has everything you need.

Marisa is AWESOME!!!... a couple days before my arrival she sent a doc with all information about arriving to her studio, shops, stores and info about the area. Information to obtain the key including a video on how to access the lockbox. I had a minor situation while there (one I created :) ), she responded quickly and was very understanding and helpful. Her studio is in a great location in Brooklyn, very quiet and across the street from a nice park with walking and running trails. Just around the corner from a subway station with only about a 15 minute ride to Manhattan. I highly recommend this place for your stay while visiting NYC or the area.

We had a great time staying in marisas apartment. Everything was clean und cosy when we arrived. The subway is only 30 seconds away and it only took us 20 minutes to get to midtown manhattan. The park just across the street was great for relaxing after an exciting day, and we found a lot of grocery stores nearby to buy food. Unfortunately we didnt meet marisa in person, but communication always worked out perfectly. She answered all our questions immediately and has always been a great help. She also provided us with helpful information concerning the neighborhood. We would always stay at marisas apartment again!

Staying at Marisa's cosy and cool apartment has been an absolute pleasure! Located just across from the beautiful Prospect Park that provides a calm, fresh and local atmosphere compared to the busy Manhattan, both apartment and neighbourhood have been a pleasure to say the least. Unfortunately we never got to meet Marisa in person but she was always easy to get a hold on being sweet and most helpful! We would definitely stay at her place again!

I had a wonderful stay in Marisa's comfy nest. I walked in the park everyday and the train was super close. Lovely, easy, great value. Would stay again happily!

Marisa was a great hostess who went out of her way to allow me to check in early...very early as my flight was a red-eye from the west coast. The apartment was clean and the bed very comfy. The location was excellent, near the subway and across from Prospect Park. The neighborhood had a great local flavor that was different than the hustle of Manhattan or the trendiness of other parts of Brooklyn. Excellently located near the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Brooklyn Museum and easy to get anywhere else in the city. There are basic amenities and nice bars/restaurants nearby.

Apartment was clean. Jeffery was pre-occupied with working which was OK with us as we were out except to sleep..He provided two towels for two people for six days. When we asked for clean ones he reluctantly provided two more. Toilet paper ran out had to ask for some more. Outside noisy with people yelling and cares with loud car radio's through out the night. Tub had 3 foot side which I could not step over as I walk with a cane. He let me use his shower.

We had an awesome time in NY. Jeffrey's apartment is very comfortable and nice. It's location is great as well, close to prospect park and just 1 block away from the metro station. Jeffrey is a very kind, open-minded and humble person. He got us some good recommendations and was very helpful and easy going. When we come back, we would stay at his place again.

This was our first stay in an airbnb accommodation - and it was a wonderful experience! The apartment was as good as in airbnb-description and we met Jeffrey as a perfect host: very thoughtful, helpful, calm and friendly. He gave us good hints for interesting sights (like amazing autumn colours in Prospect Park). We were surprised how silent neighbourhood of Crooke Ave was day and night. In the evening 2 policeofficers patroled at the next corner and we soon felt safe even at darkness. Shops are not far away and close-by Q-train brought us fast to Manhattan and Brighton-Beach. This location is a very good alternative to hotel-stay in noisy Manhattan. We were very contented.

My whole trip to New York was a wonderful and outstanding experience. A great deal was Jeffrey’s apartment in Brooklyn. It only took me a few hours until it felt like home. Everything was exactly as per description. Most of the time I had the whole apartment for my self and I could enjoy it’s luxury. Walking to the next metro-station took only a few minutes and going downtown by metro was a great way to start my days in NYC. When Jeffrey was at home he was brilliant and obliging host providing great tipps to discover the different faces of New York and Brooklyn.(f.e. going down to Brighton Beach by metro and enjoy a day at the seaside) I am quite sure that this was not the last time I stayed at Jeffrey’s place.

Jeffrey was a wonderful host. He stayed up very late to welcome us after we faced delays. He constantly offered to help with advice and recommendations - by far the most attentive host we have ever had.

Jeffrey was a perfect host- met us on arrival, easy going, friendly, had great knowledge of the city and local area and went out of his way to look after us and ensure we had an incredible holiday. His apartment was clean, spacious, great shower (our own private bathroom) and we often had the place to ourselves morning and evening as he was often out and about. The location for us was perfect- right next to beautiful Prospect Park, great local area (very safe) and easy and speedy to travel on the subway to other parts of Brooklyn or into Manhatten. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to our friends.

Jeffrey's place was absolutely great, eclectic and welcoming. Not only was it clean, the bed was extra comfortable too. Jeffrey was an accommodating host, easy going and always ensuring we were comfortable. He also gave us some great recommendations of places to see and areas to eat. It was a perfect place to come back to after spending the day exploring New York, it almost felt like home. Couldn't complain about our stay!

A modern, lovely space to call home when in Brooklyn. Jeffrey is a very kind, considerate and laid-back host. Our schedules didn't allow for us to hang out much, but he took great care to ensure that we had everything we needed during our stay - from bikes to ride around the park to supercool event recommendations to laundry detergent. I had a incredible stay at Matt's place. It's a cozy and nice studio. The subway is really close and I was in Manhattan really fast. Matt was also awesome, I was late and he was kind enough to wait for me. The next day he was also asking for news to be sure everything was ok, I tough it was really kind from him. The studio was really clean and the A/C was perfect because it was really hot during my trip. There is plenty of good restaurant near the appartment. With the park in front it's easy to go out for a quiet walk or just to sit and relax with a great coffee in the morning. Would definitely recommend and stay there at my next trip.

The studio was a great value for the location. It is noisy, but I think other reviewers cover that. I appreciate being next to prospect park, and the Q train. You really can't get closer to both.

My stay at Matt's was great. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos. Everything was tidy and clean when we got there and towels/shampoo/soap were provided as well. Matt was also very responsive and had no issue with us staying as long as we needed to on checkout day. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Matt!

Matt very accommodating, apartment as described and right next to Prospect Park which was great. The only negative was the train station which was right next door and very loud.

This is a tidy, well-equipped Brooklyn studio apartment in a safe and secure building, in an excellent position on the edge of Prospect Park and directly above the PP subway station that takes you directly into Manhattan inside 20 minutes. There are some great bars and restaurants nearby too, so all in all this is a quality and good value base to explore what Brooklyn and Manhattan have to offer - we had a great time in NY. Matt is friendly and accommodating, and easily contactable if you have any Qs, so a very highly recommended AirBnB-er. Cheers Matt!

This studio was awesome! Such a great space, clean and tidy! We had a wonderful time staying here and would definitely come back again. Great location right next to the subway into Manhattan. It felt safe and homey the whole time! Thanks Matt for being a great host!

Our flight into LGA was delayed quite a bit, so we stayed in touch with Matt and Haleh via text. Both were very patient and welcoming. Even though we arrived pretty late at night, Haleh greeted us to give us keys into the apartment and showed us where everything is. Good people who cared about your stay. The apt is super close to Prospect Park Subway Station which we really appreciated as we often stayed out quite late. Knowing that the station is such a short walking distance from the apt, it gave us the peace of mind that we do not have to walk around in an unfamiliar neighborhood at night. The place was older than expected, although I am learning more and more that most NY places are quite aged, so I guess this is typical. Since it is our first time using Airbnb, we really did not know what to expect. It was also our first time in NY, so that factors into the unknown when it comes to expectations. All in all, for the price paid in NY, the distance to the city, and the friendliness of the hosts, this was a great experience!

This super comfortable studio apartment is steps from the park and all the good eats/conveniences of this neighborhood. I had to work remotely my first morning at the apartment and had everything I needed--speedy wifi, great work table, and tea! I'd highly recommend Georgia's place for a couple OR solo traveler--this is a very walkable location that feels really safe and secure.

The apartment is very well organized, comfortable and equipped with everything you need for an independent stay. The location is beautiful, quiet, very close to Prospect Park and also to the subway. I loved this basement apartment, one block away from Prospect Park and a short walk to the subway. We had no trouble hopping on the train to explore Manhattan. It was central to where we wanted to go, and the Brooklyn neighborhood was very charming! Georgia was very easy to communicate with, and she made her place a home away from home for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Danny was an excellent host. Communication was easy and the apartment was clean and comfortable. I rented the apartment as extra room for family visiting Brooklyn and it was exactly what we needed – close to Prospect Park, the subway and all of the shops, restaurants and bars of Windsor Terrace and Park Slope. I would definitely recommend Danny’s apartment to anyone visiting Brooklyn.

The fridge and cupboards were filled with everything we needed. Very good amenities in a relaxed cozy space. quiet apartment in lovely neighbourhood. Would come again.

We enjoyed staying at Danny's apartment. The area is great, being in Park Slope and very accessible to the F & G trains. For the price and what you get, it's a great deal! It's not particularly sunny because there are only two windowed door providing natural light, but there was a lot of indoor lighting. Netflix was a plus too. Our unorthodox coming & going schedule (due to our flights) made it difficult to meet up with Danny in person but he was responsive and getting in and out was very smooth.

We had a great experience. Danny was great, good with communicating with us before we arrived and making certain everything was set when we got to his place.

We stayed as a group of 4 at Danny's appartment and there was enough room to sleep and live for all of us. Danny is a very welcoming host who showed us around on our day of arrival and stopped by for a little chat on the day we left. We enjoyed our stay a lot! The appartment is well-equipped with everything you need, including AC, netflix, spare towels, soap in the shower and a barbecue on the terrace. The subway is just a five-minutes walk away with direct lines into Manhattan (~30 minutes ride) and other Brooklyn areas like Wiliamsburg (~25 min.) or Coney Island/Brighton Beach (~40 minutes). There are a couple of grocery stores and delis in immediate distance. We went there almost every day to get basic necessities. On 7th Avenue (about 10 minutes walk) you can find numerous restaurants and pubs which are really worth a visit. We would definitely stay at this place again.

Very cozy apartment. There are labels for everything you have access to within the apartment. The apartment is near everything: train, restaurants, park etc. Very lively neighborhood.

You really feel like a local in this place. Loved the little fresh food mart at the corner of the street, and having the subway one block away made it easy to get wherever I wanted. His pictures are accurate, very nice, quaint place with what I needed to feel at home. He was very quick to respond and answer any questions I had. Will definitely be recommending this place to my friends.

Erick was great at communicating! He sent us a PDF file to get into his apt and things to do in Brooklyn. Very helpful. The subway station is down the street which was awesome. The apt was very clean and neat. He had little memos around the apt with instructions. Will stay here again. Highly recommend it!
