Our guests can experience traditional Mallorcan life, while also enjoying modern comforts. The house is in a quiet street very close to the harbour, and a wide selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. Live without haste, enjoy healthy food, sail to virgin beaches, and take a walk at night among the many small shops of the port.

Newly built over three levels: two bedrooms and full bathroom on the first floor, open-plan living with kitchen and guest WC on the second, and a private rooftop terrace with sun loungers and views over the marina. Beautiful villa with direct access to the sea situated on top of a small beach. It has 3 floors. The penthouse is a solarium where you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Port d'Andratx while sunbathing in hammocks. On the middle floor there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a large terrace overlooking the sea where you can relax in the chill out area. Finally, on the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with sea views and a bathroom.

The villa was built in 1960 and completely renovated in 2017. We kept the sixties and Mediterranean style outside. The house is equipped with all modern amenities. It has stunning sea views. It has the sea just below where you can swim and is 150 meters from the beach. It is located on a pedestrian street. The Balearic government requires a tourist tax of €2.50 per day and per person, collected in cash by the owner.

Amazing Luxury Finca - Can Jesús

Our charming countryside house has recently refurbished, equipped with all the luxury amenities and tastefully decorated. The house is located in S’Arraco (right between Andratx and San Telmo) and overlooks to beautiful Tramuntana Mountains. The short drive from the road to the house is a small piece not too narrow but curvy and a bit rough, but not difficult to drive. Our pool is 5m to 10m.

At the top of the village, in a small enclave of pedestrian zones in the old town of Andratx, is this house that is more than 300 years old (considered one of the oldest in Andratx). It is very quiet and yet only a two-minute walk from the village square. Many of the original features have been retained, giving the house a rustic charm, but with modern furnishings.
