It is in the heart of Valldemossa, although in a silent street, with cosy little alleys and their flower pots.Easy access to public transport/ public carpark is 5 mins walk.Valldemossa is a perfect village for relaxing and within easy reach of Palma and other places on the Island (20mins to Palma, 30 mins to the Airport). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families(as well with kids).

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. The house is located in S’Arraco (right between Andratx and San Telmo) and overlooks to beautiful Tramuntana Mountains. The short drive from the road to the house is a small piece not too narrow but curvy and a bit rough, but not difficult to drive. Our pool is 5m to 10m.
