Our guests can experience traditional Mallorcan life, while also enjoying modern comforts. The house is in a quiet street very close to the harbour, and a wide selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. Live without haste, enjoy healthy food, sail to virgin beaches, and take a walk at night among the many small shops of the port.

Beautiful villa with direct access to the sea situated on top of a small beach. It has 3 floors. The penthouse is a solarium where you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Port d'Andratx while sunbathing in hammocks. On the middle floor there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a large terrace overlooking the sea where you can relax in the chill out area. Finally, on the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with sea views and a bathroom.

In the immediate vicinity you will find restaurants and bars, art and culture and a great view. The nearest beach is about 5 km away. You'll love my place because of the coziness and the fantastic views. My place is good for couples and families, also with kids.

The Balearic government requires a tourist tax of €2.50 per day and per person, collected in cash by the owner.

The house is located in S’Arraco (right between Andratx and San Telmo) and overlooks to beautiful Tramuntana Mountains. The short drive from the road to the house is a small piece not too narrow but curvy and a bit rough, but not difficult to drive. Our pool is 5m to 10m.
