Dear future guests, I'm Cati and I live in Polcenigo, one of the most picturesque villages in Friuli. Our house has three floors: I live on the upper floors with my family, while the independent ground floor is dedicated to welcoming you, offering you privacy and tranquillity during your stay. The apartment has a private entrance and consists of two bedrooms (one double and one single), a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. Secure parking is available on the property.

The ideal place to immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature, where the green of the woods that surround the entire landscape and the grandeur of the famous Dolomites in the distance, form a perfect setting for hiking, trekking and mountain biking to discover enchanting places.

Historic Villa Aviano

Private villa in a historic building from the 1600s. It enjoys a location surrounded by greenery and offers guests a pleasant stay in contact with nature. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 double and 1 triple, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and an open space living room. A covered parking space and large garden are also available. It is 15 km from Pordenone, 2 km from CRO and 3 km from Aviano Air Base.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
