This unique property is located in the center of Volosko, a gourmet mecca of Opatija Riviera. The original fisherman’s stone house has been updated with all the modern amenities. A large terrace is tucked away in lush Mediterranean plants, flowers and herbs. BBQ, a private table, offer a peace of mind in this unique setting. Catch of the day available from the neighborhood’s friendly fisherman. Volosko is home of the world champion in windsurfing, who runs a windsurfing school two minutes away.

Located in the picturesque little town of Volosko, 10 steps from the sea, surrounded by little coffees and restaurants well known for their fish specialties. The seaside walk is 12 km long scattered sparks with pebbles and sea-leveled rocks, beaches with possibility to rent paddle boards, water ski and canoe.

Our studio is on ground floor of over 100 years old building. Big windows facing the terrace with charming view to the sea. 5 min away from rocky and pebbly beaches, Lungomare, fish restaurants and pizza places. 15 min from Opatija city center (Open Air Theatre, more restaurants, sandy beach), 15 min by car from Kastav, 30 min by car from Moscenice and Rijeka. 45 min by car from Učka. 3 min from bus stop (line 32 from Rijeka).
