Windows changed in 2024. 1 bedroom, 1 living room with excellent sofa bed, kitchen completely redone in 2025, bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Beach, city center 500 meters away. Near the GR34 and the Vélomaritime.

Medieval Duplex in Dinan – Jerzual View

At the foot of Rue du Jerzual, you will stay in an authentic medieval district, between half-timbered houses and artists' workshops. This 70 m² duplex, in an 18th century house, offers you a rare starting point: the historic center is accessible on foot in 5–10 minutes, and the port can be reached in 1 minute. From there, the outdoor walks become obvious: walking along the Rance, bike rides and electric boat rides, without depending on the car.
