Comfortable cottage in Verdigre, walking distance from downtown and all local businesses. Verdigre is a short drive to Ashfall Fossil Beds, Niobrara State Recreation Area, Grove Lake and endless outdoor adventures including hiking, hunting, fishing, and eagle watching. There’s a small deck on the park side where you can sit and enjoy the weather. There’s also a nice sized front porch to sit and relax on as well. This house is on the Kolace day parade route which is the 2nd weekend in June.

River View Escape

Enjoy your stay with family or friends in this river view, peaceful cottage. If you’re lucky, you may catch a view of a Bald Eagle soaring down the river. Our place has a long driveway with plenty of room for trailers. The marina with a boat dock to the Missouri River is a short, few blocks away. There is an outside RV electrical hookup. The RV dump station is a few blocks away. Our family lived in this home for almost 10 years and now we are excited to share it with you!

The Llama House-Norfolk is an adorable townhouse that has been updated from top to bottom. Bedrooms include a queen bed and two single beds and the living room has space for three additional sleepers. Kitchen includes all necessities and a fully stocked coffee bar. Beds are located in open loft upstairs and bathroom is located on the ground level.
