Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

The property has two independent self-catering holiday homes, each with its own kitchen and full facilities; one with 6 bedrooms and 3 walk-in shower rooms and one with 4 bedrooms and 2 walk-in shower rooms. Fully renovated in 2015 both houses are fully air-conditioned and heated. The private estate is fully enclosed, with a secure gated entrance and free secure parking for up to 10 vehicles. The grounds are shaded by mature trees with the enclosed private swimming pool at the centre .

Ideally located, our Tiny House will allow you to enjoy many walks around Limoux, Cathar Castles, the City of Carcassonne, visits to the cellars in Limoux, various very natural lakes (Puivert, Quillan, Belcaire, La Cavayère) The Gorges allow whitewater activities such as Canoe kayaking, Canyoning (Gorges de Galamus) This one is fully equipped so you can prepare your breakfasts, meals. (Microwave (no oven), 2 hotplates...)

This recently renovated house is set in the middle of a 70-hectare organic wine-growing estate, in the Cathar region and close to Carcasonne. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and forests, ideal for walks, with views of the Pyrenees. This house is next to the Belgian owners' central farm, but is entirely private. During your stay, you can enjoy free wine tasting and a tour of the winery.
