Le grand balcon se situe devant le salon. Il n'y a pas d'ascenceur. Vous avez libre accès à la piscine. Le salon et la chambre au sud-ouest qui comprend un petit bureau, sont climatisés. L'accès Internet est par wifi. J'habite moi-même le rdc, il n'y a pas d'autres résidents.
