A beautiful 43 m2 living room awaits you on the ground floor as well as a 13 m2 master suite plus its bathroom with shower. Upstairs, a 20 m2 bedroom and another 15 m2 bedroom, as well as a large bathroom and an office area. Fully air-conditioned and parking is available in front of the house. 2 km from the Verdun shopping area and 5 km from the center.
