Kyle was a great host. He was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. He was quick to reply, and he supplied us with everything we needed! It was clean and very nicely furnished.

Very clean, comfortable Airbnb . We loved the common space, lots of room and comfy sofas in a nice big open space with a big TV set up with several streaming options, and adjacent to a nice dining area. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. And, the host (Kyle) was very quick to respond.

You can't beat the value of this place. It is two airbnb's in one building and the noise does carry, but if you read the owner's description, he is very clear about this. We got to spread out in a very large space. Kyle was very quick with answering my questions and guided me to some great places to hike. My daughter was there to study and got a lot done while curled up on the comfortable couch. There is wifi and tv, a full kitchen and we were warm. The beds were comfy and the place was warm. We had a great time. Thank you, Kyle. I definitely want to use one of your places again.

If you are looking for a warm and cozy loft, it’s the best one! What an amazing neat and clean lodge! Everything was exactly same as shown in pictures. Awesome place for a bunch of friends or family❤️

Absolutely wonderful condo close to everything you need, Kyle suggested various places we could eat and for breakfast we had Lou’s restaurant and bakery I believe, and it was fantastic, all around fantastic stay

Exactly as advertised! Kyle is a wonderful host. All of the recommendations were so helpful, and the place is gorgeous. I stayed at a MUCH more expensive Airbnb the night before staying at Kyle’s place and it did not have even half of the amenities that Kyles home did. The coffee station and cabinet full of spices were so helpful for someone trying to pack light! The TV and wifi were easy to use and I had no issue finding the place!

Great condo and responsive host. It was my first time visiting Vermont and Kyle was able to provide a helpful list of recommendations. Convenient location if you are looking to visit Dartmouth and King Flour Bakery. We would definitely stay here again.

*5 Stars* Jade and Joe were the perfect hosts! Beautifully restored historical country home located on a huge piece of farm land, where there was so much to do. Downtown Bradford was a stone-throw away and full of places to eat and shop. Also a great scenic drive to Loon Mountain. What I loved most were the scenic views of the fields and woods from all sides of the house, including a fantastic view of Mt. Washington from the back porch. I also had the pleasure of meeting Joe and his family's awesome dog Max; Joe's an absolute genuine guy who not only made us feel at home, but did not hesitate to offer his assistance with anything to make stay more enjoyable. My family was sad to leave after only a couple of days, which is why we definitely plan on booking here again for a longer stay. Thank you again Jade and Joe, your home is an absolute Gem! P.S. - My dog had SO much fun tapping into his wild side, exploring, and playing with the neighbor's extremely friendly pups. He was absolutely exhausted.

Our stay at Jade's place was great. We had plenty of room to relax in the house with plenty to do to keep us busy and not bored. We had a great time exploring outside in the fields and sledding in the snow. It felt like we were home and didn't have to worry about anything.

Can’t say enough positive things about this place! The view is breathtaking, the land & the house offer so much to do. It is all the seclusion you want with all the amenities but town isn’t too far away ether. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer, but we will be back!

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the cabin. I especially enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen, chopping wood and building fires and going for walks in the forest. Brooke was a great host and very hospitable. I highly recommended staying here!

We thank Brooke for her wonderful welcome. Brooke answered our questions very well and within a reasonable time. Plan to do the grocery shopping before, as the amenities are rather far away. Brooke’s cabin was amazing! So amazing that I wanted to extend my reservation, but unfortunately it was booked. Very well cleaned and updated with nice appliances. Definitely check out that tub in the bathroom, it’s to die for!

Stayed with My Mom and Doggo for a quick trip. It was a lovely experience even though it was raining a bit when we arrived. The host helped answer our questions when we arrived too!

This was the first airbnb I’ve stayed at and it was a beautiful, new experience. At first I was hesitant when I saw it only because I’ve never been without electricity or stayed anywhere like this but it grew on me within only an hour or two. It’s very intimate especially if you’re here with someone and I keep thinking about it and wanting to go back. It’s definitely not for everyone. It gets very cold at night and you have to do pretty much everything yourself from washing dishes to cooking, etc. It was definitely a new experience for us but I quickly learned that I am that type of person! Its quite a bit of a walk; the hardest part was taking our stuff back and forth but the location and everything was beautiful. Again its definitely not for everyone but if you’re into that stuff or want to try to be or get away it can be quite a life-changing experience. I learned a lot about myself and my partner even though we were only there a couple days. I brought my dog and he was ridiculously in love with it. It made me have a different perspective of everything when we left. I was actually quite sad to go back home. We will definitely, without a doubt, go back. Hopefully, fingers crossed, next year.

Wonderful cabin in a beautiful setting

Beautiful getaway in the mountains of NH. If you are looking to disconnect in a quaint space with lots of land to explore, look no further. The stars were some of the best I’ve ever seen!!

Great little place in the woods.

Such a cool place to stay! The treehouse was amazing. We had a great time and definitely recommend staying here. The air mattress was pretty cozy. Make sure to bring blankets because it did get chilly in the treehouse in the mornings. The atmosphere was great, the string lights were so pretty on the trees. There were a lot of nice touches from the owner like candles, books, bug spray, toilet paper and a game board.

Great tucked away spot on a beautiful property. Will definitely be my first choice when returning to NH

Don, Jennifer, and their daughter are all lovely, nice people. Check-in was simple and easy. We were only there for less than 24 hours but it was a great place to crash for the night, the house was quiet and it was easy to get a good night’s sleep! We would’ve loved to stay longer. Thank you to the hosts! There was a dog staying in the room next to us, so it’s super cool that they allow people to travel along with their beloved pets :)

Storybook. Think: Norman Rockwell, Peanuts Christmas Special & It's a Beautiful Life. Mother Nature dished out a few inches of snow during my visit, and, what a beautiful town all glistening and glow-y!

Don & Jennifer are caring and fantastic. They care a lot about their patrons and offer good company and interesting conversation. Would highly recommend a stay with them.

Loved my stay at this beautiful place. Jen was very nice and had some last minute changes to the room and communicated it well in advance and checked options with me prior to making changes!

What a great spot. Our family of 3 stayed for 9 days, and couldn’t have been more comfortable. Cookware, cutlery, whatever you might need to cook at home was there. Nice big fridge and freezer, hot showers with good pressure, fresh towels, great bedding. BTW the bed is super comfortable, as is the couch. We were plenty warm, slept and ate well, and enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful spot. Amy watched out for us with the winter weather, and plowed whenever needed so we could get out easily. You won’t regret staying here :) Great experience.

Amy’s home was a perfect weekend getaway in Vermont. It had everything you need and allowed for a more off the grid experience, which was exactly what we were looking for! Amy even came by on the morning of our last day to say we could stay a little longer than checkout. Very kind of her! I would definitely recommend it to couples or a small group of friends who want to disconnect for a weekend and enjoy the surroundings. Certainly hope to stay there again!

Amy was an incredible host. Leading up to my trip she offered to stock up the fridge and told me about restaurants that people tend to like when they visit. I also saw a ton of moose which was really cool cause I’ve never seen one before.

We stayed one night in Amy's cozy house in the beautiful hills of Vermont. The house itself is very well equipped -- including a fully-furnished kitchen -- and Amy is kind enough to put some food in the fridge beforehand for our breakfast! The living room is spacious, yet cozy, and very comfortable. Our one issue was that Amy doesn't check her messages in the afternoon or evenings (which, to be fair, she does warn about). Nothing serious happened, but we had a minor issue and tried to contact her when we arrived at around 4pm but we got no response until the next morning, which was too late. However, she was very kind in her response and felt very bad about what had happened (which again was not very serious). Apart from this, we loved our stay and hope to make it back some day!

It was such a great peaceful stay. The cottage was super warm and homey. Norwich and Hanover are only a short drive away. Highly recommend the Tavern in Lyme. Amy went above and beyond to ensure to stock the kitchen perfectly. Amy and her dog Goose were very welcoming. It is the perfect place to stay when visiting Vermont and New Hampshire.

Amanda's place was amazing for a quick weekend getaway! She left a great page of local restaurants nearby which made deciding on dinner very easy. It was very clean and cozy. Amanda was very nice and responded quickly when we had trouble. We're already looking forward to our next trip!

Amanda's apartment is lovely-comfortable, clean and with every amenity you could require. I spent a weekend with my college age children so we could try skating at Morey Lake but there is so much more to do in the area. My daughter fell in love with Vermont! Amanda's place is easy to find (her directions are perfect). I hope to return to Vermont and Amanda's place soon.

The cloud 9 suit is a beautiful place to stay. I was there with my girlfriend and my best friend with his girlfriend. They took the bedroom with the fireplace and we took the sofa bed to see the view. Watching the horizon change colors as the sun sets is incredible, and waking up to the mountains reassured me that the cloud 9 suit is the place to stay when in Vermont. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels for all 4 of us to be cozy at night when the temperature fell and the kitchen had everything we needed and more ! We did notice however, that there were a few DVD's to the left of the TV but no DVD player. But this was not an issue as we did not sit down long enough to watch television. Thanks again for the hospitality and all the info prior to our arrival. I hope to visit Vermont again and be able to stay at the Cloud 9 suit once more.

We had a wonderful weekend at Amanda’s Air BnB. It had everything we need, slept all our guests comfortably and the best view right out the living room windows. It was super convenient to get back and fourth between our activities at Lake Morey.

Amanda was great. At check in, she met us at the door and gave us a mini tour of the apartment. The view from the apartment was great. She was reachable when we had questions.

Very warm and welcoming space. Plenty of towels, romantic wall “fireplace” in bedroom, nice kitchen, soft sheets, beautiful views, great hikes from the front door. Great communication and response time. We stayed 2 nights and hosted a post Holiday dinner there with VT daughters. Would reserve again- Highly recommend Amanda’s place!

Great place to stay in the mountains!

Amanda’s place was awesome, my wife and I stayed here because it was halfway between Stowe mountain and okemo mountain! She had snacks and milk and eggs for us, very easy to communicate with and told us some extra things we could do!

This cottage is more than "Cozy"...it is clean, private, amazing location and views, modern and warm. We loved it there. Marjorie was so responsive and welcoming. 6 stars out of 5!

The photos don’t do justice to the beauty of this property...expect to be wowed! The house overlooks the river and is peaceful and private. The deck and porch bring you into all the surrounding nature. Inside, it is immaculate and you will want for nothing in the living space. Marjorie has thought of everything. Fairlee is a little town but close to Hanover and great restaurants...perfect spot if you like your personal space. Marjorie is a highly responsive and thoughtful host!

The cottage is just lovely and very private. It is close to the highway which was a concern before I got there as I am quite sensitive to noise. The wonderfully pristine environment, however, over-ruled my concern for the noise and it was easily blocked out. No one in over 30 reviews I read even mentioned the highway sounds which speaks volumes as far as it not being a concern. May I also mention my family has dubbed me to be like the “princess and the pea”. So take that into consideration. I barely had a chance to meet Marjorie as she was very busy especially with a new litter of kittens. I will return to this little piece of heaven and I hope I will get a chance to meet Marjorie and David again and not just in passing. And oh do I look forward to her delicious coffee cake!!

Oh....my.....goodness! This cottage was so perfect! My husband and I came to Fairlee for a wedding and this getaway cottage was exactly what we dreamed of. It was so cozy and comfortable and warm and welcoming. Marjorie was so nice in all our messages and she even left us her homemade coffee cake in the fridge to greet us when we arrived. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom and we highly recommend this airbnb to anybody looking for the perfect getaway in beautiful Vermont. Cheers!

This little cottage is perfection. It's immaculate, tastefully decorated, has a beautiful view of the Connecticut River from the deck and from inside, and a spacious screened porch, which was appreciated on a rainy morning. Marjorie turned the lights on for our late arrival and left us orange juice and coffee cake for breakfast. There are fantastic restaurants within ten miles and the countryside is breathtaking. This is a very lovely place to stay.

My friend and I were on a weekend trip. The room was perfect after a long day of driving and hiking. We stayed one night, warm clean room, a relaxing shower, and warm bed. My friend loved how quiet the area was.

I was welcomed and oriented and found my room to be very comfortable, clean, quiet and cozy. I had a good sleep and woke up to a great view of mountains. Good choice.

Don and Jen are fantastic hosts. I stayed at their place for a month as a medical student rotating at Dartmouth. During this busy month with erratic hours, I always felt like Don and Jen's place was a safe place for me to rest. Their kitchen was well equipped, they had a laundry machine, good water pressure in the shower, funny friends, and a whole host of other things I can't quite think of right now. The internet worked great which was important as someone traveling for business. If you ever have to stay for an extended duration somewhere in the Upper Valley, I urge you to please consider this location.

Randall and Amy are by far the most gracious hosts we've encountered through AirBnb. They were thoughtful and considerate with small touches for us and even a yummy bone for our dog. They told us about local events, activities and places of interest. The house was cozy, clean and we loved the privacy. The neighborhood/community was friendly and welcoming as well. Randall and Amy are fantastic communicators and provided us with a wonderful get a way. We are looking forward to another visit asap!

The coziest nook in the middle of the woods. A True "getaway" Very peaceful. Gorgeous scenery surrounding the cabin yet close enough to town (10min driveand Vermont (15_20min drive) w a super cute town. Driving distance from multiple hiking & ski destinations. Will def recommend if you're trying to "unplug" and have a relaxingand refreshing getaway. Also very spacious and clean!! Hosts super friendly & accomodating as well!!

Milldale farm is a beautiful rustic farmhouse in an amazing Vermont setting . Great art , decor and furnishings. Clear check in instructions. Would definitely stay there again and recommend highly.

Amy’s place is a gorgeous guest house perched on top of a large hill that provides for excellent views ! The space is very stylish and looks as if a professionally decorated. Reg let me in the unit when I arrived and is a very friendly. The hill was a bit challenging in mud season but I had all wheel drive and studded snow tires . But if one wants the views makes perfect sense the road is a bit of a steep climb . I would guess the xc skiing from the guest house is excellent . The hot tub was perfect, super clean ! a short walk but made it even more enjoyable to get in the hot water . The whole property is immaculate and you can see the thoughtful effort that’s gone into the whole estate . So picturesque could be a location for a movie . A+

This was one of our best Airbnb experiences! The Airbnb was super clean and very lovely. The entire place was beautifully decorated and had many thoughtful touches. Bagels were provided for breakfast as well as a full fridge of juices, snacks, coffee and more! We used the hot tub ever day that looked out over the mountain and their farm. The dogs were super sweet and the entire weekend was perfect! Thank you for your great hospitality you, can’t wait to come back

Amy’s house was absolutely beautiful! The hot tub was the best part of our whole trip! The house is beautiful and over looks a beautiful view! Amy and Reg were both so accommodating to everything! Only thing was the house was located on top of a huge hill that my little Hyundai Elantra had a hard time getting up, so just be mindful of that if you have a small car. Other than that the space itself was amazing and I would love to go back

If you want a sweet place to stay in the area, you can't go wrong with picking Amy's place. It is adorable, has everything you need, and is stunningly clean. We had a lovely, very quiet and peaceful weekend, and I would love to stay here again. Kitchen snacks and beverages were much appreciated, as were all of the small touches throughout. Walking in the first night to the lit candles was particularly welcoming. Communication was easy and efficient too. As noted in the description, there's not a full kitchen, but we planned accordingly and with the small fridge, microwave, and sink, it was just fine. Lots of games (we played Scrabble!) and TV options too (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.).

You’re in the wilderness! It’s very off the grid and a great place for some true relaxation. The backyard is perfect for your dog to stretch their legs! The house boast lovely rustic decor with beautiful windows that face the mountains. The house had everything you need for cooking (including spices!) and had a great oven/stove top. I truly can’t speak enough on how wonderful our stay was.

This was our second stay here at this beautiful little (but big) cabin. So peaceful and quiet. If you’re looking to get out and relax in the woods this property has great little trails that surround the property for peaceful nature walks. You may not have cell service but to have high speed internet in the middle of nowhere is a pleasant surprise and most welcome. There’s a even a hot tub that my girlfriend always looks forward to. We will be back for a third time sometime this summer and fall.

We absolutely LOVED the Bow House. I cannot believe we got the entire place to ourselves for the price we paid, we were blown away. They also included so many additional amenities, we basically only had to bring food and clothes. The house is beautiful, the views are great, and the hot tub was marvelous. We basically were just pretending we lived there for a night, what a dream! Thank you so much for sharing your great space with us. We hope to be back!

A beautiful getaway in Vermont — an adorable bow house, nestled into the woods with great views. If you’re looking for a great place to get into the wilderness for a bit, (or find some snow on the ground, in our case!) this is it!

The Bow house is the perfect Vermont retreat. Rustic with all the comforts of home. Jen and Colin have everything you’ll need for your stay. The house is cozy with beautiful views. Our dogs loved curling up by the woods stove. We might make this a yearly stay of ours, that’s how much we loved it!

It was -6 degrees outside on one of the nights we stayed and it was nice and warm inside. Would highly recommend!

In terms of comfort: The water pressure and heat in the shower are amazing, the bed is comfortable, the tiny space heats up quickly in the winter, and the fridge is plenty big for holding whatever food you would need. Additionally, this location is excellent - right on Rt. 10 and not far from the interstate and a few good restaurants in Fairlee, VT. To top it off, you can't beat the price. Sam was great with communication and April was lovely when we met her on the property. We hope to be back in the future for another stay.

This is a lovely cabin in the woods set next to the own's main house. You have total privacy by having your own place which includes a full bathroom, kitchen, high top table with three chairs, a futon couch in the living with a Smart TV (has a DVD player with DVDs and other streaming services) along with books, puzzles and games to use. There is one bedroom with one bed which was perfect for just the two of us and our dog (yes this place is dog-friendly which was great!). Tracy provided outstanding hospitality during our stay and we will keep this place in mind if we end up going north again.

Kerstin’s home is a nice little retreat in a small town of Vermont. She’s incredibly generous with her home and was perfect host. I hope you are able to stay with Kerstin and enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds the blue room. I will be sure to stay here again soon!

Kerstin's place is great! Large room with plenty of space to spread out. Having the private bath was wonderfull. Kersrin was super friendly and easy to communicate with. No problems at all. For the price point and locating there is nothing better!

Kerstin is such a warm and welcoming person, it was a pleasure to stay at her place. She had some great tips for exploring Vermont and was always easy to reach for any questions I had. The Blue Room is very spacious, has a beautiful view and a very soft, comfortable bed. The whole house is really cozy, and Kerstin's three adorable cats make it even more homely. I had a wonderful stay and can't thank Kerstin enough for her kindness and hospitality.

Kerstin provided helpful directions for exploring the area, too, including what to avoid during hunting season. Thetford and surrounding area are perfect for a quiet, relaxing retreat. what a magical stay ! such a cozy cottage with a lovely view. We had a fantastic stay with the fur kids at Keri's Cottage. The communication was great and the recommendations. We also would love to go during the summer and explore more of the area. The late night camp fire as a family was wonderful and they started it for us, so when we got back it was already warm and cooking. The bed was comfortable and floors heated. We can not wait to come nack.

Eric’s home was everything we hoped for and more. The house was very clean. Eric labeled everything in the house and left notes and instructions through out the house. The home is set in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The house was very homely and relaxing. Eric made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived. Communication was great from start to finish, our two dogs loved it there too, so much land to run around. We will definitely visit again soon.

What a wonderful and restful place to spend a weekend. We were delighted by all the thoughtful touches throughout Dawnside—and my husband let me sleep through one of the most beautiful sunrises they’ve ever seen!

Winter at Erich's place is the epitome of hygge (google it). The house itself is tremendously well thought out - we marveled at all the details that went into building such a wonderful place all weekend, and I'm sure we could have kept marveling for weeks longer. I could list all the great things about this place (the beautiful surroundings, the quiet neighborhood, the comfortable furniture, all the little household items available to you, etc.) but to short cut to the point - you definitely won't be disappointed staying here. We will definitely be going out of our way to stay here again.

This was a really special place and we had a great time here. Steven is an amazing host, he met us at arrival even though we were late, gave us a tour of this cabin and its background. It`s probably one of the most beautifully made places I`ve seen, really special. Everything is hand made and has a history. Its a nice area to go for walks in and our daugther had a great time exploring the little things outside in the forest by the cabin. I would reccomend this place and we`re definitely coming back.

This is the perfect place for a getaway! The camp that Steven has built is absolutely beautiful, very spacious, and has everything you need to feel in nature, with the comforts of the indoors! There is a beautiful hiking trail right behind the camp that leads to a picturesque summit! Steven and Melissa were very friendly and helpful when we met them at the camp. We will definitely be staying here again!

The cabin is beautiful with a woodworker's touch. Steve did a wonderful job renovating the cabin. He was extremely helpful and forthcoming with local spots to visit and hiking in the area. Please be someone who will appreciate the hard work he put into this place and its clean and cozy atmosphere when booking your stay. We will absolutely be back!

Zoe’s place was everything we could’ve hoped for and more! The pictures are exactly what you’ll find- this cabin offers everything you might need! The bed was super comfy, the wood stove is extremely cozy, and the view from the river room is beautiful. Check in/out was very visitor friendly and Daneene was very quick to respond with any questions we had and very helpfully with her responses. My favorite part had to be the views from the river room over morning coffee and home cooked breakfast. Highly recommend this place to everyone, we most definitely will be back!

We stayed for the second week in a row for a work event we had in town. Again, I wish I could have stayed longer, but this time I did have a chance to enjoy the view of the river as I sat in the sitting room next to the fireplace. Everything was great!

Everything you could want out of a weekend cabin in the woods! Thoughtfully appointed with amenities and supplies. Easy to find, clean, cozy and comfy! The river running behind the house is a delight and the fireplace was perfect for late nights and games with friends.

PERFECT weekend retreat. Deneene is a responsive host and her place has everything needed for a getaway. We skated the oval on Lake Morey both days of our stay, and being able to come back to the chalet and relax by a fire was priceless. Tranquil view of the river, super comfy accommodations, great layout. Flexible check in/check out was appreciated too. Definitely will be back.

I loved this stay so much. I think it’s the only place I’ve ever stayed where I really felt sad leaving. It is so cozy and inviting and just has a very genuinely homey feeling to it that is lacking in most Airbnbs. I think I watched the snow fall while cozied up on the couch beside the fire and sipped on coffee for an entire 4 days. The bed was so comfortable I slept wonderfully. Waking up to fresh snow on on the grounds really makes your New England winter dreams come true. The view of the river with fresh snow coating the trees was just beautiful. Highly recommend this place.

If you want to stay in an inspiring space, built by a luthier and Yoga teacher than check this place out, walking distance to a lake, etc etc our first Airbnb stay. Exceeded our expectations.

We had such a great, relaxing getaway here. The pictures really don't do the space justice, we were blown away by how wide open yet cozy the entire place was. The ping pong table, puzzles, and record player were excellent touches that were a part of our routine every day but really there's so much to do here for anyone looking for a quiet retreat from the world, those are just a few examples. Or, if you want to go out and about, Pippa and George provide a whole binder full of curated local experiences they recommend! Very thoughtful. We miss our time here already!

Pippa's place is a wonderful place to spend any amount of time. Pippa is a wonderful host and the house is full of charm and extremely clean. Lake Fairlee and Lake Morey are close enough to make a very easy day. This is a tremendous place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Pippa and George's place! Pippa and George were extremely kind hosts and we enjoyed talking with them. We also really enjoyed seeing where George's beautiful guitars are made. The space was great with so many lovely plants! Very close to the Lake Morey ice skating trail, places to ski, and many great trails for hiking! Highly recommend staying here!

Pippa's place was great for a winter getaway with a few girlfriends. The space was exactly as described, very clean, and had lost of puzzles, games, and coloring books which we loved. Pippa greeted us upon arrival and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it!

Such a great place! So warm and cozy and the plants make it a beautiful oasis. George and Pippa give you everything you need to have a wonderful trip, even lending me a pair of winter boots when I had forgotten mine. Don't miss out. They have music, records, ping pong, VHS and DVDS, yoga and chess.

Richards place is BEAUTIFUL! Situated on the edge of the woods, looking out of the window in the morning was a treat. He is a wonderful host as well. The place is spotless clean and it’s convenient to lots of really great locations in NH and VT. I would totally stay here again and recommend others to as well.

Great winter spot for solitude. Excellent fire pit and effective space heater. Nice windows that look out onto the river. I thought the sleeping boards were creative, and it was overall a nice spot to sleep, read, or just hang out. Good proximity to trailheads.

The place was a little paradise Eric was caring to make my stay a pleasant one. Given the weather conditions -16 ° at night I had my small backup heater which allowed me to fall asleep listening to the sound of the river. Not having provided the appropriate shoes, he treated me with his snow shoes. I recommend a night or two for all passing hikers you can only appreciate

The cabin was a perfect place to crash for the night before a day of hiking. The heater kept the place toasty even in the cold. I’d say 2 people would probably be the max for the space sleeping wise (maybe 3 in a pinch!) The view out over the river was lovely. I didn’t get to use the fire pit but it was picture perfect. Overall it’s an affordable spot with a lovely location for those who don’t mind things a bit rustic!

Nice cabin located right on a river. Heater kept me warm on a cold night with no problems. Great place for a quick nights sleep before a day of hiking.

The listing was accurate and what we expected. It was 15 F out when we stayed and the space heater kept the three of us plenty warm. The space is just big enough for 3 people, I think 4 might be stretching it a little bit. The riverside location and fire pit are wonderful and add ambiance. Eric was very friendly and even left us some cardboard and wood to help us get a fire going and he shoveled us out a bit in the morning after a light snow fall. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at Piermont Place #1. The place is as described. Thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed and nothing more—no clutter. Good kitchen utensils including knife, colander, coffee pot, toaster. Lots of outlets and strong WiFi. Note that you have to bring your stuff up a steepish flight of steps. The lake is lovely and warm and a delight. We’ll be back.

This place is full of wonderful memories from my days volunteering at the local summer camp years ago, and it still just feels like home. Vershire is a little town with lots of hidden secrets and magic and really friendly, creative and caring people. Shirley was so welcoming and offered to keep me updated on local events so I can come back and introduce my friends to Vershire too!

Great kitchen downstairs, library, books upstairs, 4 bedrooms, living room upstairs. Old fashion, 1800s building. Had fun, finally met Shirley, and I’ve donated things to the hostel.

Best place to stay in you want to visit the White Mountains! The place is a gorgeous chalet in the middle of nature. She has a beautiful balcony that looks onto a river with an amazing background sound of the streaming water. Victoria is a wonderful host and very helpful. I definitely recommend her!

We had a great stay at Victoria's place. Her chalet is lovely, cozy, homey, and in a strategical area. Beds are very comfortable and the house is fully equipped :) We can't recommend it enough! We hope to be back!

Victoria is a warm and very communicative hostess. We spent a very interesting evening discussing various topics. His house is warm of atmosphere. It is located in a forest with bright autumn colors near a pond. Everything is very well organized. For us it was a discovery. If we can, we'll come back.

Beautiful home in a stunning location. Close to things but a secluded location. I felt so comfortable in the cabin. It was so clean and very cozy. So many cute touches.

This is the place. While it is a shared space it was unobtrusive and warm inviting. Places to park lead up the stairs. Carry your luggage to the house. Rooms are clustered on one end. The living room windows are your window to the forest. The back patio is comfortable. There is a fire pit in the yard with wood. Victoria greets you as if you're an old friend. She provides coffee, creamer, some drinks and fridge space for leftovers. The rooms are cozy with individual thermostats. The hall and bathroom have motion activated nightlights. The kitchen is fully stocked. Whatever you do, choose to go to the pond! It's beautiful and worth it. About a mile down the road. We loved Victoria's and highly recommend. We will stay again.

Amy and Carol were great hosts! I ended up staying in both the barn and the house and both were great. Their house is beautiful and the location is great for skiing at Loon and climbing at Rumney. I would definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend and I went here for a weekend to enjoy the Fall foliage, we had an amazing stay! The stars were stunning and we hiked Rattlesnake trail in the morning, which was a goregous view. 10/10 would go back!

This was Airbnb at its best—great communication, exactly as described, easy check in, and super friendly hosts. Amy gave us so many great recommendations. We took them all and weren’t disappointed. The two kids loved interacting with the animals, too. Carol shared some stories (and awesome artifacts) from her amazing life. We all left inspired and refreshed. It was a very short stay, but I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Great experience and price. Everything you need is there: stove top, microwave, refrigerator, pans, coffee pot. Loved the friendly sheep! We wish we had booked it for longer.

Super simple but very nice accommodations. The marine toilet takes some getting used to if you've never used one before, but it's a cinch. I believe there are shower options available (saw a cool outdoor set-up in the back portion of the property), but I never asked about it as I was hitting the local swimming holes each day (lots of lakes & rivers around!). Beautiful setting and a great fire pit. Amy is so chill. :) She even let us use her charcoal grill and donated some fire wood. But my favorite part of the experience was probably Abigail, the friendly sheep - so much fun to hang out with! Loved staying at Amy's place and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place near the White Mountains.

Very nice location, close to the parking spot and has wifi located nearby if needed to contact someone because there was no phone service in the surrounding area.

Screened in Lean-to with a hammock or place to put 2 sleeping bags. Absolutely gorgeous scenery and cozy fire pit! You’re able to buy firewood there, but don’t forget to pack a fire starting kit! 10/10 would stay here again.

First time doing Airbnb. I really enjoyed my time on Eric’s land. There is enough space for privacy and enough quiet to simply listen to the river and blue jays. Very colorful banks in fall. Opportunity to see wildlife like turkey or deer. The host was kind and really cares! Hiking trails not far, Kancamagus 30 mins away. 10/10 would return to try his studio or treehouse.

Did not disappoint. It’s such a beautiful area to spend a relaxing few days. The best part was waking up to the sound of river dancing around. Eric was very nice and gracious host and made sure that we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to book my next trip up there!

This riverside hut is a really neat place to spend your evenings. Absolutely gorgeous in the fall time! The space was swept clean and the citronella candles were appreciated. Small torches light up the pathway at night. I enjoyed my night spent close to nature!

Was a nice spot not to much privacy and close to the road. We cleaned up a bit when we arrived and made ourselves at home. We wish we had gotten firewood prior arrival we didn't find anything out on roadside and nothing of substance was at the camping spot for sale. We had a nice time and enjoyed the location.
