A great, quiet, beautiful place to stay. Sk is very friendly and accomodating with a nice, clean house. It was nice to wake up to fruit, oatmeal, and coffee available as well. The shower has great water pressure and the bathroom was very spacious and clean. Highly recommended place and an amazing price. My siblings had a great first airbnb experience too.

Really loved staying here so much, we wished we had longer! Jim gave us many recommendations for our onward travel to Crater Lake and Klamath which worked out great. The hot tub is pure luxury and was fabulous to star gaze from. If you are seeking a warm welcome, comfy beds and a healthy breakfast option...Look no further, this is THE place.

Our hosts made us feel very welcome. As Jim said to us, your comfort is our highest priority and it was. The accomadations were very private and very comfortable. The backyard and pool is a treasure and we enjoyed it very much. Jim and Shelley were extremely nice and very interesting to talk to. In summary, I would highly recommend this b and b.

Our hosts were flexible, friendly, and kept in touch by phone – much appreciated, since we arrived later than expected. Both rooms were clean and welcoming. The neighborhood is suburban, close to Blue Heron Park and biking/walking trail away from cars.

My group and I got to Jim and Shelley's place around 1am and Jim was up waiting for us and helped us getting settled in. We really appreciated that after a long days of driving. In the morning, Shelley hax a simple breakfast ready which was amazing and got us a little head start on our trip! Loved our brief stay and thank you!

Shelley was there to greet us when we arrived and was great about showing us around and making us feel at home. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the kids enjoyed the pool. Jim and Shelley went the extra mile for our youngest and found him an air mattress so we did not need to worry about him rolling onto the floor from the bed! They were helpful to us in finding our way to the concert we attended ( The Britt Theater is a great venue! ) Breakfast was plentiful and yummy the next morning. It was a great first time air bnb experience for us. I would recommend their place to anyone going though the area. The only thing to note for those who need more privacy, the host's office is in the guest area and he was there late and in the morning, so it might be too close for comfort for some, but maybe that sort of thing is par for the course when in someone's house as opposed to a detached building.... Anyway, it worked out for us-Thanks again!

Jim was very friendly and gave us good guide on the Crater Lake area. We are not impressed with the place, and the breakfast quality needs to be improved.

Jim and Shelley will make sure you are quite comfortable in their home. You can tell they genuinely enjoy having guests. The house is clean and comfortable, it's great to have breakfast ready for you in the morning, and the pool and hot tub are wonderful! If you are ok staying in a home where you share the space with the owners, then you will be pleased with your experience. (Bonus: the bed was super comfy)

We had such a wonderful stay at Diane's place! Diane and her husband were wonderful hosts, warm, friendly, and made sure that our stay went smoothly. The bedroom was cozy and comfortable and the backyard garden was serene and ideal for morning coffee! Just 10 min or so from Ashland so was a convenient location as well....highly recommend!!

Diane was a very gracious hostess because she made my wife feel special, while providing a safe, beautiful room in a peaceful neighborhood and has a caring attitude.

Love Diane's garden cottage studio! The room is beautifully decorated and very comfortable - wish we could have stayed here longer! Diane thought of everthing to ensure that our stay was perfect: a lovely welcome basket with fruit and yummy baked goods, and an ice bucket in our ready to chill the bottle of Roxy Ann pinot gris that we picked up from the local store. She is a wonderful host and we truly enjoyed staying in her lovely home!

Very warm and friendly couple - greeted us and walked us back to the space. The room is spacious and very pleasantly appointed. Amenities such as soda in the fridge and a bottle of cream, yogurt, fruit and a pastry were especially nice. Plus a great coffee maker and good coffee for brewing. The little electric "fireplace" warms the room well. Just very nice touches all around. The bathroom was lovely too - great shower. Very well supplied. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rain impeded doing very much, and we were basically passing through, but we did stay in more than we would have otherwise, due to very wet weather and the space was welcoming and comfortable for doing that. Easy drive into Ashland from Phoenix.

Sorry for writting so late. Diane was a very gracious and kind hearted host. We spent two nights in her lovly and artistic room, which was clean. comfortable and better than she discribed, even the tissue was so pretty. The house is very closed to Ashland and is filled with wonderful restaurants, and it also closed to the Crater Lake which is amazing to see. Diane is so observant, she prepared a bed for my son and gave him some toys. she let my son to play in her beautiful garden and picked up the tomatoes. Due to the long trip, my son was got fever. Diane gave us many help, even toke us to the hospital and stayed with us for a whole afternoon. She treated us like a family member, and I really apprecitaed her huge and selfless supports! thanks again. Now, my son is getting better and he even remember Grandma Diane! It was our unforgettable experiece and it couldn't have been better. We highly recommended this Airbnb to other families and friends, and hope to come again.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely rental for five nights. We found the hosts very kind, considerate and welcoming. The bed is quite comfortable with a nice ambience, a ceiling fan and central air which we appreciated. The garden setting has a nice outdoor table just outside the room where we enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast and then a stroll around their garden. The location worked well for our activities. We highly recommend this listing.

This was the best AirBnB experience I've had. The hostess was friendly and accommodating, without being at all intrusive. The accommodations were even better than expected - we were already recommending the place to family on Day 2! The neighborhood was peaceful and lovely. Really, it was everything you could hope for. The room looked onto the gorgeous gardens of the back yard, with a table and chairs outside to enjoy the setting. The bed was comfortable, with extra pillows and blankets for our use. The location was easily accessible to the freeway, and a convenient distance to both Ashland and Medford. The hostess even provided a binder with information about things to see and do in the area. What made it an excellent experience was just the hostess's attention to detail - she seemed to anticipate the needs any traveler would have and aimed to meet them (she exceeded them!). The whole experience was excellent.

A host of caring, attentive touches and attention to detail. What sort of tea/coffee would we like in the room? Milk or half-and-half? Caf or decaf? Wow! Diane and Steve are charming and relaxed hosts, discreet or engaging as appropriate to the moment. The room is immaculate and has everything you could hope for and more. Cannot speak too highly of our experience, would stay again in a heartbeat.

The place was like staying on a farm cottage, for better or worse. I have to say it is better than hostels I've stayed at but there were just a few caveats. First the driveway was a bit crowded with cars and RVs, which is an issue where there is no street parking. Best to plan ahead if you intend to come by with anything bigger than a compact or you'll be blocking people. Second, there were some eight legged friends hanging out right above the shower. So no bugs... but probably not best for the arachnophobic. Finally the pipes are old so the water has a strange smell to it. Our Host provided us with more than enough clean water to drink however. For the price and the location next to Ashland and the OSF this is a place worth booking as long as the above doesn't bother you.

Christina's cottage was perfect for my stay. Comfortable room and great hospitality. I really enjoyed talking with Christina as well when we were both there, even as she made it clear she wanted to give me any space and privacy I wanted. Great experience all around.

The listing description did not contain the street address and I did not realize this until after I knew she would be at work, the day of travel. I also had not asked for her cell number. I drove anyway and hoped it would be obvious, but searched the entire street without finding it. I stayed at a Best Western. The next morning she called me, but meanwhile I had decided to drive back home immediately instead of staying for the event I had hoped to attend. The drive had been extremely painful for my driving knee. Later in the week I was glad I had not chosen to return during weekday traffic, which would have been even worse on my knee, even though it might make me liable for payment for the second night of the stay, which I canceled at the last minute.

Christina was great and super down to earth. The room was clean and she had everything that we needed for a comfy night's stay.

The atmosphere and nature surrounding Christina's cottage are lovely! We especially enjoyed the blooming flowers and her two adorable kitties. We slept well and appreciated the private bathroom. There were several spiders in the room (full disclosure: I'm terrified of 'em), and there were moths and cobwebs hanging out in the kitchen. The feel of the place is very laid-back and lived-in; a good choice if you're on a budget.

At first, this location seems off-putting. The lot is a bit of a mess, with at least two houses and three trailers, a chaotic garden, random chickens and cats, and building materials lying about. But Chris's place, a little cottage behind most of that, is quiet and pleasant, and the room is perfectly nice and well-appointed. You're right off the kitchen, which would make for some noise if Chris were home, which she wasn't when I was there. My one difficulty was, the room has no window, so it gets stuffy. There's a fan, which for me made the room just tolerable, but on a hot day I doubt that would be enough. Chris is seriously New-Agey, and if that puts you off stay somewhere else.

The house was exactly what we needed. Beautiful and immaculately maintained , with a wonderful restful garden in a quiet neighborhood. Only 15 minutes from Ashland. Katherine was a wonderfully responsive host, both before and during our visit We would definitely stay here again!

Both Katherine and the house are wonderful. Katherine went out of her way to prepare the house for us, including buying some breakfast options for us in anticipation of our evening arrival. She gave us loads of information about the area, and responded to any questions we had about the house or otherwise. In short, we felt very welcome and comfortable in her home. The house itself is great for us. The bedrooms are very comfortable, the kitchen is fully functional, and the garden is a wonderful place to relax in. We are cooking many meals in the house, using the outdoor grill as well. The neighborhood is quiet and offers some nice places to walk, including to a winery nearby. We're very happy with our choice to stay here.

We were very pleased with our stay in this house. The interior was furnished nicely and the backyard was delightful. The owner was considerate of our needs and stayed in touch to make sure things were going well. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Katharine home. We were headed to the Ashland area and decided to stay at Katherine's as it was relatively close, only about a 15 people drive. The house itself is exactly as pictured and comfortable. The backyard is absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to cook breakfast and dinners at home. We never met Katherine however the directions and instructions she provided were perfect and she was always reachable and helpful. Excellent stay and we will be staying for our next trip to the area.

Nicely appointed, lovely home. This was a perfect home base for our family in the Ashland area-- able to get to everything we wanted yet still able to cook at home and enjoy the lovely home and yard.

Beautiful house. Host was very friendly and responsive to any requests. We used the house as a base of exploration (Shakespeare Festival, Crater Lake and the Natural Bridges along Rogue River, Mt. Ashland, the Medford Railway Park). Well appointed, no surprises.

Nancy is super warm and welcoming .... we felt at home immediately! Her home is lovely, clean, and her pool was HEAVENLY! We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing time and will want to return.

This was my first Air BNB and I loved it! Nancy is a super person, and did everything to make me feel at home and comfortable. Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood. I had the window open all night and there was no noise. There was a little bird pecking at the skylight in the bathroom and talking to me in the morning - but I was well awake by then and said good morning right back. The house is easy to find, and it is about 15 minutes (if that) from downtown Ashland on Highway 99. I would go back to Nancy's BNB in a heartbeat, and you will be very happy if you stay with her.

Nancy and her sweet pup BeBe were wonderful hosts. They will leave you alone or chat, whichever is your preference. We had a last-minute need to have another bed and Nancy was gracious in letting us rent her craft room as well. Awesome! Can't wait to come back again - maybe in the summer to take advantage of her great pool.

Nancy received my son and I as if we were long time friends. She had two beds ready and waiting for us. As with our previous visit she shared with us all she had set up for us such as snacks an availabĺe filtered water. We look forward to an other stay with her.

Nancy's neat and tidy home is located in a quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed the comfortable amenities and Nancy's refreshing teas. Nancy was responsive in her communication and provided good suggestions for activities in Ashland. The house is located close to el Tapatio, which is reported to have the best tacos in the valley. I would enjoy the opportunity to stay here again.

This is a fantastic place! It is well appointed and very comfortable with warm hospitality. And it has a wonderful library. A perfect place to stay if you want to read in the garden or hike in the mornings and see plays in Ashland in the afternoon or evening

This is a very nice accommodation with sweet dishes, wonderful books, a nice bath tub (always a major plus in my book), a comfy bed, and well tuned piano. The space is located in gorgeous garden property and I had purple wisteria and deep red peonies blooming during my visit. I also appreciate the two bouquets of fresh flowers in the guest quarters. They also provide an assortment of breakfast items, some of them deliciously fresh baked. I loved my stay which was perfect for my needs. This is a great value as well!

We did not meet our host, but he (or his representative) replied promptly to our texts. When we arrived after dark, we were entranced by the bamboo "tunnel" lit by strands of tiny lights that created privacy for the RV. The RV itself was richly decorated and very comfortable. This stay was magical and so different from previous ones. We hope to make it back here again.

Were there to take our daughter to SOU, so it was a bittersweet time.

We came in late Friday night, and the host was very accommodating with our late arrival. We used the hot tub even at the late hour, and the host was gracious in allowing us to do this. The RV is nice, clean, and as the pictures show, despite being a little small as RV's are for the most part. It was quiet and private, despite being in a neighborhood, although the pictures do give a sense of being in a spacious nature setting.

We booked this lovely RV the same day we stayed and the response time was phenomenal. We were greeted by Ben, a great guy who have us the lay of the land. The grounds were curated with separate little chat spaces with lighting for a late night wine session, or just sitting by one of the many water features. The RV was spacious, clean, and super quiet at night. We appreciated the living room feel of the front and the bedroom in the back. The shower is big for an RV so that's a bonus. Bed is comfy and air conditioning made it comfortable. In the morning we walked the grounds and saw several beautiful and eclectic gardens, said hi to the cats, and enjoyed ourselves until it was time to leave. Excellent place!

As RV stays go, this is pretty luxury. Ben was there to get us, AC turned on. Check in was super chill and easy as was our departure. Didn't have any ant trouble (we kept food airtight), but gnats in the toilet tank were kinda icky. Part of RV stays on a HOT August day, but still. :-) Bed was REALLY comfy. For reals. From s bad back sufferer. Thanks for the stay. It was fun. Would return and recommend on a cooler day when a soak in the tub would be nice.

My experience at "The Safari" was great. Very cute space, in a beautiful spot. Daniel was easy to communicate with and very helpful. I would be glad to stay here again.

To say that this was the second time we stayed in less than 3 months says a lot. We love the place. It's now our go-to place for events and travel through the Ashland/Medford area. It's very clean, comfy for two, and has thoughtful details. The breakfast was delicious as well and they were so thoughtful about my food allergies. Very much appreciated!

Michael and his wife are amazing, they go the extra mile with guests and it really shows. The place was immaculate and very roomy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, as were the pillows. They had a lot of very nice bathroom amenities to use. And to top it all off they served me a delicious breakfast in the morning before I got back on the road again. I highly recommend you stay here if you are in the Medford area!

Michael and Diane made us feel very welcomed at their place. The suite is very clean and comfortable for couples or solo travellers. They made us feel extremely at home with the breakfast they offer which is hard to find. We really recommend it!

We enjoyed our first airbnb experience at Michael & Diane's home. Communication with Michael prior to our arrival was great. Diane greeted us upon our arrival and showed us our room and amenities. Their newly remodeled space was comfortable and welcoming...just right for our overnight stay. Diane was a terrific hostess! She served us a DELICIOUS continental breakfast (gf toast, organic OJ, assorted fresh fruits and coffee) prior to our departure. This place & space is a perfect "retreat" for for singles & couples.

My wife and I had a very nice time in Michael and Diane's guest house. It is very cozy and super clean. The place is really quite and you feel like if you were in the countryside. They are wonderful host and they were very flexible in what we needed (especially with the check-in and check-out). Breakfast was awesome!! We definitely recommend this place if you plan to stay some days in Medford.

This place was FANTASTIC! We don't even know where to start. It was so comfortable and lovely. Sort of a Northwest take on Northeast bnb's. Beautiful art on the walls. The photos really don't do this place justice. The "Continental Breakfast" was much more than we expected. A wonderful spread that made our morning. It's located in a more rustic area... though not far from stores and what not. We recommend taking a walk down the road to the railroad track for a late night walk to enjoy the stars. I wonderful experience. We are already looking for an excuse to head down that way again for another stay.

Michael and Diane had the dream home and space for us. I loved every minute of it and their cat as well! I loved how all the furniture matched and Diane's food preparation was top-notch. The bed was as cozy as possible and the lounging area was perfect for relaxing.

The host, Andrew, was as pleasant as described in other reviews and even turned us on to new places for an excellent dinner and breakfast in Ashland. The bed was excellent, and the nature/view beyond was lovely. The room was as pictured, and the ventilation was poor as I'd suspected, but there is an air conditioning unit and a fan. On the other hand, the down-steep-stairs bathroom was appalling to me with corroded, moldy shower tiles and rust stained old fixtures despite the cleaner's efforts . Further, the various outbuildings, grounds, and rooms adjoining the bathroom were a shambles cluttered with tools, dishes, pieces of foam, and unfinished projects, making the surroundings off-putting, spoiling the otherwise wonderful views, making us just want to leave rather than taking a walk from there in the morning.

Andrew's place was amazing. Andrew and Amie were very welcoming and were there throughout the evening to talk with us and show us around the farm. We really appreciated the opportunity to soak in some incredible sunset views and have a fire outside. Our dog was allowed to run around the property and play with their dogs, which he loved. The loft was super comfy with the massive couch and great mattresses. We would definitely stay here again for the laid back vibes, beautiful views, and chill company.

Nice couple. They shared some of their goat milk and eggs with us which was nice. We came during the heat wave last week so it was very hot in the loft, but there was a portable air conditioner in there that helped a little. We understand that it's a farm and it's a lot to take care of, but the place could have been a little cleaner and more organized to present guests to. The loft was perfect and very comfy for our family. The two big dogs were very friendly and playful. The goats roamed free quite a lot and were a bit wild at times. We had a great time sitting by the fire pit at night, it felt like we were camping. Beautiful views of the mountains! Overall we enjoyed our experience.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay. The loft is exactly how it is described. Andrew and Aimee were so welcoming and helpful! It was our first time in Oregon and we absolutely loved it. The location is super convenient to the airport and everything that we wanted to do. Andrew's 80's cover band, Poison Womb, put on a crazy awesome concert one of the nights we were there. Even before considering the concert, they asked us if the concert would disturb us. Very considerate and thoughtful. If I am ever in the southern Oregon area, I would definitely stay again.

Andrew was a great host, and we will visit again if the opportunity arises. We arrived very late and they were very accommodating and helpful. They gave us great tips on places to visit during our adventures. We stayed in the loft and it was very comfortable. It was even comfortable when the outside temps were well over 100 degrees.

One of the greatest experiences at an airbnb. Super scenic and peaceful, and beds were super comfy. Had a blast visiting the goats and turkeys.

Wonderful little tipi on Andrew's farm. It was surprisingly spacious inside with a very comfortable air mattress and a table. It is situated in a beautiful area, overlooking his wheat fields and the green hills behind them. Andrew was by far the most helpful and enthusiastic host I have ever had through airbnb. He gave us tons of recommendations and was lots of fun to be around. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a little variety in your trip, it's a lot of fun!! One note, don't forget your bug spray we got a few bites! Other than that though the experience at Andrew's tipi was seamless! An absolute joy!

Andrew was super friendly and left the light on for us. I wish we booked it for longer but the bed was comfortable, the teepee was cozy & it was the perfect experience. located in country farm neighborhood conveniently close to the Interstate, Andrew was a charming host who made us feel very welcome. We arrived late so pretty much just slept and showered in the morning, and had a wonderful sleep amongst the crickets in the crisp cool evening. Comfy bed, nice bedding. He even has Dr Bronners in the shower, consistent with organics values!

Andrew and his wife and step-daughters were very welcoming and helpful. The property and tipi were as advertised...facing the setting sun and complete with power strip, inflatable mattresses, and mosquito netting! Good times!

We never got the chance to meet Andrew and we arrived very late. He made sure everything was accessible and tipi was easy to find in the dark. Price was a bit steep considering the amenities provided however.

This was the absolute best bnb we have ever stayed in. Although we only were able to stay one night, we fell in love the second we stepped out of the car. The tent was outstanding: very comfortable bed, couch, wood burning stove for cool nights and the view from bed is breathtaking morning afternoon and night! Very clean purposeful set up and bathroom access was convienient. Andrew and his family were great hosts, you can tell they put a lot of hard work into what they have and we hope for nothing but the best for them. Will definitely be back!

What a cool spot!! The inside of the tipi is totally out of a magazine and Andrew had the heat going when we arrived. The sound of the rain outside was marvelous.

We wish we could keep this place to ourselves! This was our first time glamping and it did not disappoint. Located on a great piece of land filled with friendly dogs, goats, and people, the tent was modern, very clean, comfortable, and cozy. We truly enjoyed the great company and conversation while touring the farm and enjoying the sunset and fire. This is a unique gem of a place with wonderful people!

This place is beautiful and serene. The tent is spacious and super cozy. It was a very cold night, but with the wood burning stove and the pile of blankets they provided, we were plenty warm! Though our hosts were there for whatever we needed, it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Looking forward to staying again.

Easy communication with very friendly hosts. The space was beautiful, comfortable, unique, clean, warm, quiet, peaceful, and with great views. I highly recommend it and hope to have a chance to stay here again.
