Luxuriously appointed light filled one bedroom apartment nestled amongst the vines in Pialligo on 5 acres, this apartment has views to Parliament House and is only an 8 minute drive to Canberra City and 3 minute drive to the airport. A short walk to the Rodneys Nursery Cafe, Beltana Farm, Tulips Cafe or Vibe Hotel all offering delicious local produce and five star cuisine. A taste of the country in the city. Beautifully furnished throughout including gas fireplace, Smart TV, wifi and fully appointed kitchen including Miele oven, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, toaster and full sized fridge. Guests will be welcomed with cheese, biscuits, wine – red, white and sparkling, bread, milk, sweet biscuits, cereal, freshly laid eggs from our free range chickens – Maggie, Beer & Oprah and any tea your heart desires. The two way bathroom includes indulgences of MOR shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and soap. For those who may’ve forgotten some essentials there is mouth wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, travel kit (with sewing necessities) and even a shaving kit.

The apartment is spacious with a unique industrial style fit out which features exposed brick, 3.4m high concrete ceilings and exposed pipework. The home includes engineered timber floorboards throughout which adds to the industrial feel. Double sliding doors opens up to a covered balcony with views that look towards the Brindabella's. Originally built in the mid 1960's and used as Government Offices, in 2020, they underwent a rebirth into these stunning warehouse style residential apartments.

My unit is located in a very quiet street, and only a 10 min walk to Woden Westfield Town Centre where you'll find retail shops, Coles, Woolworths, cafes, restaurants and a cinema. The hospital is less than a km away. In 2019, I transformed an empty space into a spacious, comfortable unit providing all you need for a seamless stay. It has a large kitchen with centre island bench, and a lounge/dining area opening onto a sunny courtyard. It’s perfect for short or long stays.
