Hello dear readers! I was beginning August 10 days with a friend at Lena in the beautiful apartment. The hostess cares sincerely for the welfare and the organization of arrival. For questions promptly carried a love & quick response. The reception was very welcoming! The house can be below the ground floor and rent above. We had the downstairs apartment apartment includes a terrace. The object, as described and seen in the photos, furnished. The cleanliness is excellent. Fruit and water were in the fridge. The kitchen is fully and well furnished. It is very comfortable in the apartment. The sea can be seen from the apartment. :) On foot one is in about 3-5 minutes on the sea. The water is great and the cleanliness of the beach is good. Even small shops, restaurants and cafes are available. I would stay here again. :) Lena, thank you for everything you have done for us! We were very well received, watermelon and local wine available. The studio is clean, well equipped and the host is very friendly. The tiny snag being the 1st floor of the house with during our stay, a family with children, and that short children, early morning to late evening. Apart from that you can see the sea from the terrace and the outdoor shower is perfect when returning from a swim. Another small point: better to have a car there, because the bus is really not practical and late, we have to 3am we get to Athens after 3 bus and metro ... We highly recommend the apartment! This was our most relaxong air bnb so far. A few great spot to swim. A very friwndly host. We stayed upstairs which had 2 air conditioning units which was perfect. Good wifi connection too. Hoghly recommend this compared to athens coty cental. Best to have a car to get to this location though

It was a clean, quiet house. The apartment had all the comforts and was close to the sea. Unfortunately, we were out of season, so almost no restaurant was open.

Exceptional house with an amazing view.

The house is divine, so peaceful, relaxing and very private. Gorgeous sea views across the hills. It is really a mountain, semi-rural retreat yet only a few kms to beach. Best of both worlds! About 50 minutes out of Athens centre. A car is essential, as there is no public transport. The road to beach is rather steep (with hairpin turn!) and not suitable for walking due to narrow road with no space for pedestrians. The seaside tavernas were great and having a sunset drink at rustic quaint cafes right on the water was just sublime. A local asked us how we knew about the place as it was largely undiscovered (until now!) by tourists. So a real Greek life experience. Just make sure you ask for clear directions - as we got lost, and of course with street signs in Greek, we could not read the names that were given to us. Also take your own food and supplies, as supermarket is in Keretea, about 10 minutes drive away, and with limited opening hours. It is much easier if you just take everything with you. It is fantastic to dine under the bougainvillea on the large terrace at the house, under the stars. The house is very well-equipped and tastefully decorated in modern style, a place where you feel happy.

The house is very cosy, with all you need for comfortable vacations: atmosphere, amenities, equipment. The large panoramic terrace with a sea view is superb! Everything like pictured in the photos! Aglaia was a perfect host: immediate responses, warm welcome, all smooth and immaculate. Really enjoyed the time there!

This place was quiet, clean and charming. It was close to the airport, which is what we wanted, secluded and private, with modern amenities. We really liked this place, we wanted something away from town and close to the airport for our last night in Athens, we got exactly what we wanted. Stavros was easy to communicate with, and although he wasn't there too greet us, his mother was and she was great. If you are looking for something away from town but close to the airport, this is a great spot. It's a country house, so you get all that comes with that, peace and quiet, privacy....very relaxing. You also get nature, bugs outside (a few inside), and you aren't close to anything if you are looking to go do something, you'd definitely need a car. Also there are 2 bedrooms, but only 1 full size bed. The second bedroom had 2 single beds, one of which was a fold out, which isn't a complaint but something more to point out if you are looking for at least 2 full-size beds, there's only 1 here. Others will get a single bed, a fold-out, or the couch.

Very nice place with a great view on the sea being at 5 min drive. Pretty close to Athens which made day trips possible. House offers enough space for a Family. There is a "master bedroom", the second room has an extendable sofa and a collapsible bed, that would be more for kids. Otherwise, everything needed is there which made our stay very pleasant.

The summer house was everything we expected it to be. Very charming, clean, with great views of the sea and it was close to a few local amenities such as mini market and local tavernas. The house was easy to get to with the use of GPS, approx 5 mins from the beach and an hour away from Athens. The host was great and met us upon arrival and walked us around the property. She was very welcoming and ensured that we felt very comfortable, it felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet spot in Greece with breathtaking views and easy access to town. At a good price it is definitely a recommended property to stay in.

This house we realy reccomend to the families with the childrens, which preffer the calm vacation. The location is very nice with nice beaches close to the house. Only what we missed, is the shopping possibilities. But the owner of the house was very disposed to go to make some shopes whenever we wanted to. Comunnication with the owner was perfect, house was clean and very comfortable. We recommend this house.

We spent unforgettable holidays in this charming and beautiful house and its quiet and idyllic surrounding. What we liked best: The possibility to eat altogether (8 people) at the big table on the upper veranda and enjoy the marvellous view. The private stairs on the rocks from which you can slip into the sea just a few steps away. The kitchen was fully equipped, especially the sandwich maker was a great success. Our host was very helpful and gave us any assistance we needed.

We were so happy to be able to stay in this fabulous vacation home situated right on the clear blue Aegean Sea. This house was very functional and clean, but its location is what makes it exquisite. Although close to other homes, the house is very private. We loved waking up each morning to the sound of the sea. If we wanted to go for a swim, we only needed to walk down the stairs and dive in. There is a small private-ish beach just a few meters away where the kids had lots of fun playing and swimming, especially once we knew to watch out for the rare but spiky sea urchins. Marietta and her family were very welcoming to us and wanted to do whatever they could to give us an excellent visit. Although we probably should have rented a car, we were thankful that Marietta's father could help us with transportation to and from the Airport and to buy groceries. In the evenings we ate our dinner on the house's terrace overlooking the sea. What special memories for our family.

Antonios was most gracious and met us at the airport and drove us to and from the airport. A great savings as it would have cost €40 each way in a taxi. Unfortunately the house is 15 minute steep, uphill walk from the nearest beach or shops or restaurants. You have to pass several big, barking, roaming dogs and would not attempt this at night as limited lighting too. There is no wifi so no communication for those who do not have a Greek SIM card. this was a surprise.

The pictures on this site are very promising. But the reality was unfortunately different. When we arrived the apartment was not cleaned it smelt completely of smoke and we found food from other guests in the fridge. Also the wi-fi didn’t work and the door handle in the bathroom was broken. So we couldn’t close the door. The host Dimitra we didn’t see the whole week. She wrote that she had a problem and could’nt come but will send someone to activate wi-fi. Nobody came. We are very sorry but the condition of the apartment is defective. And it is unacceptable when I have to start my holiday with cleaning rooms in a rented apartment.

Nice, very good equipped apartment with a big tarace. Quite area of Porto Rafti. 600m to the nice beach. Small market is very close. Dimitra is a great host. She Show us a village, took and droped us to the airport. Very helpfull. Thanks a lot Dimitra. We recommend it. For sure w'll come back!

Very nice and cozy apartment with a big terrace and sea view on Porto Rafti bay and Koroni Island. It is close to the Athens airport (20 min) and the metro station to get to Athens. You can move and better enjoy this place with a rental car, with which in 40-50 minutes you can even get to Cape Sounion, temple of Poseidon. The apartment is in a quiet and green area, very close to a nice beach with a romantic waterfront path and a good restaurant. Dimitra was a so kind and great host, giving us advices and any help about where to go in Porto Rafti. We had some connection problems and she helped us with an additional wi-fi. Thank you a lot Dimitra, we wish to come back.

Demeter is a lovely man and did his best to spend very beautiful holidays! The house is very nice and had all the amenities! The description of the house that gives the airbnb and Dimitra entirely accurate! Pleasant and summer hosts, beautiful home !!!
