Scandi-Style Loft Close to Cosmopolitan Norwood Parade

Dip into the shared pool, following up with a BBQ lunch. Back inside, reverse cycle heating and cooling ensures comfort at all times. A widescreen TV and Foxtel offers entertainment, with French flax linen and luxe organic products for pampering. A light continental breakfast is also supplied. As the kitchenette isn’t equiped with a stove we can supply a portable hot plate for guests that are having a longer stay and may wish to cook light meals. The space has a well appointed kitchenette with bar fridge, toaster, microwave and Nespresso machine. A light continental breakfast is supplied as well as laundry facilities, undercover parking as well as plenty of street parking. Guests have access to outdoor alfresco area with BBQ as well as the swimming pool. (Please note the kitchenette doesn’t have cooking facilities apart from what’s listed above). The loft is separate to the main house but we will always be available to answer any questions you may have. Explore an abundance of cafes, wine bars, and boutiques, all close to this quiet eastern neighbourhood. Adelaide CBD, Magill Road, and Norwood Parade are also nearby, while a short drive reaches the wineries and restaurants of the Adelaide Hills. Situated only 4 kilometres to the CBD you are close to all city events such as the Adelaide Fringe, Womad and Adelaide 500. The loft is a short 5 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you directly in to the CBD. You can walk to Magill Road and Norwood Parade within 10 minutes or if you're feeling energetic the CBD east end is approximately a 40 minute walk.

Renovated 1-bedroom unit overlooking the swimming pool, located on Linear Park with a short 10-minute walk to Paradise Obahn. Just a 7-minute bus ride to the City, with a walking and bike track right outside your door. Full use of the swimming pool . A shopping center with a supermarket is within walking distance. Please note, there is a dog upstairs, but it will not interact with guests during stay. Koala bears often spotted in this area. Not suitable for children under 12 due to pool access

Our studio apartment is within walking distance to the Black Hill Conservation Park (which has stunning views as in photos), and public transport to the city centre. We live on a quiet no-through street with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and amenities within a few minutes' drive away. The Studio Apartment is completely detached from our home ensuring your privacy and includes a kitchenette (microwave cooking only) and en-suite. Please note that while we do allow dogs, cats are not welcome.

We are generational owners and a fig tree still stands in the large back yard, often with rainbow lorikeets visiting.
