Beautiful with swimming pool by the Playa Brava

Beautiful apartment with full amenities! My apartment is 150 meters from the brava beach, fully equipped ready to enjoy Punta del Este. A few blocks from the new area of Cafés, Shopping center and the beach, the location is ideal for going out for a walk or bike ride. After a nice walk, you can use the heated pool, the sauna or watch a movie in the Micro Cinema. Ping pong, why not? At night, the remains of the gourmet area a few blocks away, ideal for tasting a good grill, sushi or pasta.

Very nice apartment with ocean views first row, excellent location, facing the sea, 2 blocks from the port. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room with wood stove, large terrace, garage, cable tv with smart tv 49 and smart tv 32 inches, wifi, capacity 6 people. Very quiet and safe area. Steps from the sea!!!!! IMPORTANT!!!!! WE DO not leave linens or towels. (lencois e toalhas) It is on the first floor by staircase.

Over the sea , wonderful view

The apartment is located at the entrance of the Peninsula, without traffic problems, 2 blocks from the Punta del Este bus terminal, in front of Casino Nogaro and close to cinemas and restaurants. Supermarket 1 1/2 blocks away. Very good! Garage in the building!
