In total there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 en suite with a queen bed, and in the barbecue it has a sofa bed that serves as a service unit. 3 air conditioning units. Closed barbecue with full bathroom. Complete crockery for 12 people. Close to Manantiales, La Barra, José Ignacio and more. Covered garage for 2 cars Electricity and water costs are charged separately, they are minimal. They are taken by meter.

Very nice Chalet in the very best of La Barra, in the Montoya woods, 200 yards from the beach. 3 Bedrooms. 2 Bathrooms. 6 + 3 People. In 9,000 sq feet of land, a house full of details and personality. Great BBK and pizza oven under a galleria and table for 10 Very nice pool with a cascade, a little pond with fish and many beautifull corners to relax in a lavish garden full of nature. El Delfin is a very intimate house to relax and enjoy, near everything, but calm and private, all year long.
