Our little resort is 8 min from CBD, beach and 5 minutes walk from shops and restaurants. We can host up to 11 people (including a double sofa bed, a single sofa and a 2 folding single bed) and 2 infants (2 cots are provided one in each of the queen bedrooms). Plenty of free parking available. All linen is provided (beds sheets and bath towels). A 12pax Toyota Hiace or a 5pax automatic car are available with baby seats/navigation included (fees applies) Airport transfers possible (fees applies)
Our space can suit everyone. Wherever you are an executive on a business trip, a family with children or someone seeking a place to stay or simply to break the routine and relax, we can accommodate all your needs except parties and loud after hours events. Please see our strict house rules on parties and events to avoid disappointments.
Our neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. They like pepole that knows the limit between having good time and respect others around. So please keep that in mind and avoid noise after 10pm weekdays and after 12am Friday and Saturday.

  • Good location for me since I had business to attend to in Osbourne Park. It was a heat wave & the AC kept up with 35 degree days. During my week here I got supplies easily. I bought milk & yogurt at the nearby petrol station and there was a local Indian restaurant close by for dinner. The servings were big enough to take back to the unit & micro wave for my next night's dinner. Two meals for price of one. Good stay.

    One of the most convenient locations you can find in Perth is Osborne Park. Very affordable apartment and an extremely neat layout, this beautifully renovated and fully furnished apartment is a must. Comes with two very spacious bedrooms with their own built in wardrobe so you don't have to feel like you're living out of your suitcase. Beautiful design kitchen that comes with all your cooking essentials and a neat bathroom/laundry.
    The property comes with 1 queen size bed and another double bed in the spare room. A sofa bed pulls out to a double bed for the 3rd couple. It also comes with a cute balcony.
    A very quiet and safe neighbourhood, you are surrounded by family homes and couples who keep to themselves.

  • A great place to stay for the 5 of us. Though I did give my personal feedback to Alex that the aircond should be added for the rooms, overall we are still very happy with our stay there. Nearby areas are convenient for all your needs including halal restaurants, groceries as well as gas station. A very quiet neighbourhood with the sense of calm and relax especially at night time.

  • Recommended! The apartment was enough for a group of 4 adults and 2 kids like us, nice interior, clean, enough cooking utensils to prepare a quick meal. Just have a quick look inside the cabinets before you grocery shop as some ingredients were left by previous occupants. Osborne Park pricinct filled with local shops and eateries are a short stroll from the house.

  • We stayed at this house for a month after emigrating, and it had everything necessary for a long term stay. The garden has a great feel to it and everything was neat, clean and tidy. Our dogs were accommodated with a dog bed and bowls. Small touches such as loads of toilet paper and toiletries were in abundance. Very close to Perth city centre and only a short drive to gorgeous beaches such as Scarborough and Cottesloe and very close to the Fremantle markets. I would definitely recommend this place and Ryan and Lucy were quick to respond.

    WELCOME TO THE BEACHSIDE PAD - FANTASTIC LOCATION, SAFE & COSY - JUST BRING YOUR TOOTHBRUSH AND HOPEFULLY SOME CLOTHES! ENTRANCE There is a lockbox which I will provide the code for closer to the date. The entrance is inside the external jarrah gates which are generally kept locked. The gates to your property, private courtyard and deck are as able to be shut if you choose. The apartment has a dead lock and normal lock. No guests that I know of have used the deadlock because it is very safe and all the neighbours are lovely. The key opens both locks. The entrance doors have parliament hinges which open all the way out so you get the feeling of inside / outside living. COURTYARD Make yourself at home in your private courtyard and deck area. The courtyard has a great day bed to lounge on or read a book, a table and chairs if you feel like eating outside, and a bench seat on the deck if you fancy a wine or a coffee while you watch some of the amazing sunset colours Western Australia provides. KITCHEN / LIVING ROOM As you can see from the pictures, there are gorgeous jarrah floorboards through the kitchen / living room & separate bedroom. Great if you are a beach goer like me. Easy to clean and also much more hygienic than carpet. All essential crockery, glasses, cutlery, cooking appliances, sandwich press, toaster, kettle, lean mean grilling machine & basic cleaning products are provided. There is reverse cycle air-conditioning in the kitchen, situated so it can reach the bedroom if you leave the French bedroom doors open. The Lounge / DayBed is rather oversized for the room, but it allows for an extra guest if necessary. There is a new King Single Mattress on there with a mattress protector and sheet cover, with a throw for comfort. All items are washed in between guests. The stove is gas cooktop, electric ignition & the kitchen is equipped with crockery, glasses, pots, pans, cutlery etc. TV The TV is mounted to the wall and a smart TV so you can log into your Netflix, Stan or other subscription TV. WASHING MACHINE / IRON / IRONING BOARD The washing machine is a front loader and fairly self-explanatory. There are pegs and washing powder in the cupboard next to the stove and the washing line next to the DayBed in the courtyard. BATHROOM There is a combination shower / bath. The shower height can be adjusted. There are spare toilet rolls in the silver container across from the toilet. Please let me know if you run out. There is a hairdryer in the top drawer or the bathroom cabinet. There is bleach and a toilet brush, along with odour freshener if required. Bathroom linen is also supplied. Let me know if you require beach towels. The bin is next to the toilet. BEDROOM The bedroom is completely separate to the lounge / living room, although the French doors can be opened up if you desire, There is a king sized bed and double, mirror glass wardrobe. All the bedding is washed in between guests, including the quilts, mattress protectors etc. There is also an electric blanket. That can be used on just one side or both sides if you wish. The day bed has proven more than suitable for a 3rd guest and you are more than welcome to bring your infant, although I don’t have a port-a-cot at this stage. PARKING Because it is a corner block there is plenty of parking. You can either park in the on the verge or in the driveway. PETS CONSIDERED Just let me know about your pet. I have a dog in the main yard and your furry friends are welcome to enjoy that space too, or else stick to their gated courtyard. Olly is my 10 year old faithful hound. There is a picture of him in the photos so you can tell he is very chilled. He is very gentle and gets on well with other dogs. He also used to live in total harmony with my chickens when I had him. There are also fantastic dog beaches and parks in the area of which we regularly frequent. INTERNET The WIFI is mostly great. Occasionally there are a few black spots but more than capable of streaming TV and great if you are travelling for work. BBQ The BBQ is on the main deck if you wish to use it. It is connected to town gas so feel free to make yourself at home on the main deck. TRANSPORT – You really don’t need a car. The 990 Bus runs very regularly to Scarborough Beach and also to Perth City, with the option of getting on the train at Glendalough Train Station for two stops into the City. You can also easily get to Fremantle & Joondalup. Just download the Transperth App. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS - Beach, Scarborough Beach is about a 1.5km walk or else the 990 Bus will take you straight down. There is a great skate park, an Olympic size pool, not to mention the gorgeous blue ocean and white sand. There are gorgeous coast walks and great cafes and restaurants. I’ll recommend some when you book.

  • This is a very economical stay. The reason we chose this house is that we can use the kitchen. The kitchen was very modern and clean, we used the kitchen every day. We were able to experience a new way of life through Airbnb. There were five cats in the house, the smell of which was difficult to endure at first, but got used to it a few days later. We respected Debs, who cares for cats in temporary care, and Debs has been patient with our 5 year old child. In fact, there are many toys for children at home. For guests who work late at night, this house may not be suitable. After sunset, you need to be very careful with the noise. The house is on the right side of the alley, in a very quiet residential area. The supermarket is a 15-minute walk away.

It's really easy to go to the city center by bus. The bathroom is for your own and fully-equipped. You can also cook in the kitchen or do your laundry though we didn't do it. It's a very good value for Perth. Everything was perfect. I totally recommend this room!

    We are about halfway between the Warwick railway station and the Warwick shops. Quiet streets and friendly people of all ages. Our local neighbourhood park has play equipment, a larger park towards the rail station has different play equipment. A reserve/park, just past the station, has lakes, running track, fitness equipment and recreational facilities. The Large local shopping centre has a choice of food outlets, supplies and general shops. A huge sports complex near the shops with many facilities and there are churches of most denominations nearby.

This space is downstairs which is quite separate from the main house. Please note we live upstairs but all of downstairs area is yours except the laundry is shared.
    Your own fully private Room/Lounge/Bathroom, completely separate from the family living area: Downstairs from the main part of the house is a large bedroom, bathroom and a lounge. You have your own entrance through the back door or you can come up through the main part of the house. Your bedroom has a beautiful queen size bed with bedside table and lamp, dressing table, wardrobe with 2 beautiful bathrobes a mirror and fan. The bedroom overlooks the pool. Your bathroom is huge and has a toilet, shower with vanity, hairdryer and heated towel rail. Your sitting area has a very comfy lounge with a huge 46 inch TV and DVD. There are lots of movies and CDs. This room has split system air con to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. You have your own bar fridge with kettle and tea and coffee making facilities and microwave. There is WiFi internet access and washing machine/dryer and iron are available. There is also a BBQ near the pool. All linen and towels are provided. Breakfast - Fruit & cereal are provided and can be enjoyed in your private lounge or in in your outdoor undercover area overlooking the pool with views of the city. Airport Pick Up: We can sometimes provide airport pick ups and drop offs at an additional charge. The airport is 15 minutes away. Cost is $20 each way but check first to see if we are available to pick up. I have a few days off during the week so it will depend if I am free and not working. Check-in: Generally check in times will be 14.00 while check out time is 10.00am. If we don't have other clients coming or going on that day, we can be more flexible. Let me know your arrival time so we can best suit you. The House: The house sits in a quiet leafy street and is very close to the city. This area is safe and friendly and there are parks nearby. The main part of the house is on street level and was built in 40's. The main living area, kitchen and balcony have stunning views of the city. The new addition to this house is downstairs and has a bedroom, bathroom and lounge. This is where our guests stay. The main part of the house is occupied by us but we are happy to share our living area, kitchen and pool area. Public transport is a few hundred metres from the front door for easy access to the CBD and other suburbs. Parking is at the front of the house on the grass verge. The Owners: We are a middle aged couple with a 20 year old son. We have traveled quite a lot and love meeting people from all over the world. Annette works at the airport a couple of days a week and Steve is an accountant who works full time. We also have a dog a cavoodle named Buddy. Nearby: Fantastic restaurants, bars and theatres are close by in the Mt Hawthorn, Leederville and Mount Lawley café strips. There is also Northbridge which is a little further at only 2.5 km. Perth beaches are only 10km away. The centre of the city is only 3.4kms away. There at least 4 restaurants and a bottle shop that are just around the corner and you can walk to. We hope you choose our B&B and have a lovely stay!

    On a quiet, tucked away lane in the heritage heart of West Leederville, is a light-filled and airy studio apartment overlooking a green and flower-filled private courtyard. From sleepy first-light chirping, there's a constant chatter of birdlife especially in the big Liquid Amber tree which gives the treehouse treasure its unique character.
    With polished wooden flooring, private bathroom, Scandinavian furniture, double bed (solid fold out couch) and great cooking facilities (scanpan, microwave, rice cooker, fridge) this is a very comfortable space.
    This area is the heritage part of West Leederville where many of the houses were built around 1920. The big, graceful street trees which create such a cool, shady environment were planted many years ago.
  • Had a wonderful stay. The tree house is well equipped and very clean. Even aircon and venti are available. The. The fridge was filled with some food, water, juice, eggs. That saved us the first evening as we still had something to eat after our late arrival. We would start our Australia trip at Felicity again at any time or stop by anytime. Best of all, the beautiful Monger Lake is a 10-minute walk away. I took a walk every day, and the beautiful scenery keeps remembering over time. The house was clean and there is also a small own garden. I filled up the food in the refrigerator so I could have breakfast. Please go. Strongly recommend

The accommodation had character, a wonderful outlook, some nice touches (like a properly stocked fridge!) and was convenient to everything we needed whilst being tucked away and very quiet and private. We’d recommend the Treehouse to couples visiting Perth who would need to be close to the city and have good quality amenities nearby.     My place is close to the city, public transport, the beach and a couple of lakes! You would be next door to a gym and just down the road from an IGA. You are a 3km walk from the Mount Hawthorn cafe strip. Newly renovated courtyard, kitchen and lounge room. Netflix and Wifi at your fingertips and two very friendly cats to cuddle until your hearts content. The room has a built in robe and fixed wall mirror. It is east facing with a block out shutter for the mornings you are needing a sleep in.
    Your room is your own and the rest is shared.
    This place is so accessible to any part of the city. There is a train station less than 800m away and only two stops from Perth city. There are busses that go directly to Scarborough beach too. Leederville and Mount Hawthorn are some of the neighbouring suburbs with heaps of great shops and places to eat. For anyone who likes exercising outdoors, Herdsman Lake and Lake Monger are walking distance and lovely places to walk around or to sit and read a book.
  • I had a wonderful week staying at Jane’s. The place was adorable, well-furnished, and comfortable. The bedroom was a little squeezy cos of the big bed but it also meant I had a nice big bed to roll around in! I was provided with everything I could possibly need, including a thoughtful bowl of brekkie/snack food which came in handy on mornings I didn’t have time to buy food. Jane was such a lovely friendly girl, easygoing and fun to chat with but would also give me my personal space. She also gave me tips on sightseeing and lent me her own Transperth card to get around! Thanks for making my trip so wonderful(: Also missing the two gorgeous friendly cats!

    Self Isolate at my place. It's close to the beach, parks, cycle-ways and public transport (the bus runs past). You’ll love the light, the sea breeze, the ocean and the magical sunsets. Walk to the closest beach in 10 minutes for an early morning swim. The resort beach, shopping, food and entertainment are 15 minutes' walk. My place is good for couples, singles, friends and a family with kids can also enjoy a few days. We are up a flight of stair and have a private balcony. There is no wifi.
    Mick's apartment is a sunny spot even in the winter. It is light and bright just like the sea side. We keep it clean and fresh so that you can relax close to the ocean. It is a complete unit and it is air conditioned. We supply breakfast foods to cover a few days and coffee, tea and milk.
    The neighbourhood is friendly with lots to do. There are biking, walking and jogging paths along the beach and in the park lands. There is a good night life with restaurants and bars open in the evenings. For most of the people who live near us, the beach is their playground.

The toilet is quite clean, the sofa bed is comfortable and there is a kitchen to cook. Some breakfast items are available like fresh, milk (sealed and new), and bread were provided as well! There is also a private parking bay for your car rental. Honestly, at this price, it's hard to find better value for money accommodation. The area is extremely close to the scenic Scarborough beach, and the neighborhood was quiet for the 3 nights that we were there. We all got good sleep without disturbances. Another important note: We had initially booked a stay for 4 days but we had to rush home and leave on an earlier flight for family reasons. It was a very last minute arrangement, and yet she gave us a refund for the last day that we weren't there for. Such thoughtful consideration from Christine, and thank you very much for the stay!

    Surrounded by character houses, train 2 mins walk, 3 stops to East Perth then 2 more stops to City Centre. Historic Guildford is along the line in the opposite direction to Perth City. The historic Guildford Hotel has just reopened after being gutted by fire several years ago Walking distance to cafes, as well as Pork's American BBQ across the road, Civic Hotel, Coles, laundromat, takeaways & 24 hr convenience store. Also ten minute walk ( or next train stop down) to Maylands, ( voted coolest suburb in Perth by Lonely Planet) 5 minute drive to Galleria shopping centre. Unfortunately Perth doesn't have a rail link from the airport yet, a taxi will cost you approx $30 from international and $20 from domestic terminals. Uber is approx $12-$16 from the domestic terminal depending on time of day. We also have UberEATS available in the area.

    Welcome to our beautiful cosy home, ideally located in between the city and the beach. Great local transport links, less than a 10 minute walk to Stirling Train and Bus Station, two minute walk to nearest bus stop. Only a 5 minute walk to the Innaloo Shopping Centre. Everything is provided to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay, your home away from home! You will have the house to yourself. The only part of the space not accessible will be two wardrobes that are being used for storage.     We love living in Innaloo, it is a really convenient location with great local amenities. It is easy to get around to the rest of Perth via train, bus and car. Our house is close to shopping centers, pubs, the beach and lots of places to eat. From our house it is; • 5 minute walk to Innaloo Shopping Centre (Coles, Woolworths, Target ect) including a 24 hour grocery store (Spud Shed) • 10 minute walk to Event Movie Cinemas, Tassels Bar and Bistro and lots of restaurants/take away options (Indian, Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, Italian ect). • 15 minute walk to The Saint George pub or Three Sheets by the Lake pub. • 10 minute walk to Stirling Bus and Train Station • 3km to Karrinyup Shopping Centre (Myer, David Jones ect) easy to access via local bus • 4km to Scarborough and Brighton BEACH (best places in Perth to learn how to surf!!) and Scarborough beach front pool.   • We stayed 7 days in Kellies house and had a very good time. It was close to the mall and stores, the house is placed in a cozy and calm neighbourhood. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived, Kellie was good in her communication and replied very fast to me when I where arriving as well as when I had questions about the house. The house was equipped with everything you would need, great functioning A/C, kitchen, washing machine and great TV and sofa! Bus stops are close to the house, going to the beach is easy with public transport. All in all a very nice and affordable stay in Kellies place, I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to go to Perth!

I had all the creature comforts of a normal home. Examples such as fresh linen, towels, wifi, foxtel access, full kitchen, washing machine, iron - basically everything I needed to either work or holiday in Perth. The location was fantastic - 1 or 2 minutes from major highways and a minutes drive from Westfield Innaloo. No problem getting takeout and Kellie even provided me with vouchers in the event I wanted to snag a deal. From her takeout menus to her condiment selection, wifi, videos, laundry facilities... It was a great stay. There was plenty of space to spread out.     Bright spacious granny flat. More private and spacious than a room in a house. More personal and quirky than a serviced apartment. Western Australian artwork on the walls, Australian wildflowers in the garden and Australian designer homewares make this a great "Aussie holiday" in our creative home. Close to Angove St cafes, bus routes, Edith Cowan and the CBD. Ideal for young couples, adventurers and creatives. Access to pool and my garden. Please read all details about space and amenities.
    Our home comprises a creative family household, design studio, granny flat and gardens. The 3 room granny flat is downstairs, has a separate entrance through our yard and access to parking. The spacious lounge/dining area is equipped with TV, DVD and WiFi. There's a little library of Australian books, many large artworks by Western Australian artists and other Australian homewares. There's a dining table with a lovely view over the garden, and a couch. The kitchenette is very small but has a pretty outlook over the garden and everything you need for holiday cooking - Basic but very functional cooking facilities, a microwave, toaster, kettle, electric wok, hot plate and pots, a small fridge and quality tableware. You can also use my little pizza oven, that with bases bought from the local Turkish bakery, will have you knocking out the best pizzas ever! If you really need a freshly baked cake just go buy one from the fabulous patisserie in the cafe strip down the road. Shower and separate toilet. Functional but not fancy. Indoor and outdoor eating areas. You're welcome to pick vegetables from the veggie patch when they're in season. There's a pool with the funkiest pool decking around! And lots of birds in our garden full of Australian flora. Remember you've chosen Airbnb because it is not the same as a generic serviced apartment. Yes the kitchenette is a bit quirky, but the native garden and veggie patch is unique. The shower is basic, but the pool is fabulous. The teenager can occasionally be loud but if guests are up for it we'll take you on great local adventures. It's a fun, comfortable and clean space.
    North Perth is a vibrant inner city suburb. The house sits in a quiet leafy street and the area is safe and friendly. Our property is just off the Angove Street cafe strip, so there are lots of choices for coffees and meals out. The Rosemount Hotel has a great line up of live music and entertainment. There's also a local shopping centre with a post office, newsagent etc at nearby Fitzgerald Street. On Charles street there is an organic vegetable shop, pilates studio and there are parks nearby. We are close to Northbridge, Edith Cowan University, WAAPA, the Perth Cultural Centre and the CBD.

    Your comfort and enjoyment is our goal. Having travelled a lot ourselves we know what travellers need: a quiet space, a good bed and private bathroom with toilet. This is exactly what our apartment offers, with two spacious rooms and its own private entrance You don't share with anyone else including your hosts. You even get a pillow menu for your comfort. Our photos were taken in November last year so what you see in the photos is exactly what you get.
    The bedroom has a king size bed with private ensuite and mirrored cupboards with plenty of hanging space. For guests with children we can provide extra mattresses. The other room is a lounge and dining area. In the dining area is a range of kitchen facilities as listed.
    The neighbourhood is upmarket with the majority of houses being two storey and owner occupied. The street circles a pleasant park with several good walks nearby. The only noise you will have is in the mornings from birds tweeting. Our apartment overlooks this parkland and the street is only used by the houses in the street.

  • Ian's place is located in a beautiful, well maintained cul de sac with a lake close by and lots of families and kids playing in the foreground. The accommodation itself was a granny flat completely isolated from the main house and was absolutely sparkling clean and well maintained. It was far above the standards that we expected and Ian himself was extremely hospitable and very easy and quick to communicate with. 12/10 if I could :)

The host prepared everything for us: laundry facility, cooking, breakfast, kitchen utensils (even for children), washroom, bedroom, outdoor and in house entertainment, all complete.     We already have 2 units listed & all our guests are so content with the place.
    We are close to the movies sizzlers, a very good coffee shop then just 3 mins drive we have a westfield shopping centre. we have a lovely lake inside of a park. Good for picnics.

    When you enter my place you will instantly feel luxury and know you have chosen the right place to stay. A beautifully furnished bedroom with its own private bathroom and huge balcony, tea and coffee making facilities sumptuous linen and a fridge along with many extras. The city is only a 15 minute walk or catch the free bus from the corner. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk, some on the edge of the Swan River.Free Wi-Fi and free parking.
    The guest does have a separate sitting room on the top floor.
    This is a very safe well lit area for an evening outdoors. The area is the most sort after city location for living and tourists. walking distance to all other city locations.
