La Casetta in San Maurizio

My grandparents used the summer cottage to find coolness in the hills. It has remained as it once was but has been updated inside to accommodate all year round. You will find a comfortable full bed, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV and WiFi, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Outside, there is a small garden with a table and hammocks. Free parking and bus stop in front of the house. San Maurizio is at the top of the hill, tranquility and clean air and less than a 15-minute walk from the center.

Nel quartiere è presente ogni tipo di servizio, dal supermercato (di fronte al loft) a numerosi ristoranti e locali. Inoltre, è possibile raggiungere comodamente a piedi il Museo del Cinema, all'interno della Mole Antonelliana.

The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.

Large and bright accommodation, equipped with all comforts, on the ground floor of a private two-family building, free of architectural barriers, located 20 km from Turin. Highway access 6 km away, at the foot of the Val Sangone mountains and the Monte San Giorgio Natural Park; 1h15 by car from the ski slopes of the 2006 Turin Olympic area. We are a family of 4: Marina, Carlotta, Giorgio and myself, residing on the first floor.

The flat, 60 Sq mr. with independent access, includes an open space kitchen, bathroom, double bed, and a spare double sofa bed. Located about a 5-minute drive from the center of Pinerolo (easily reachable also by bicycle), 40 minutes from Turin and 1 hour from the Via Lattea ski area (Sestriere). Nearby are also Miradolo Castle and 2 water parks that can also be reached on foot.
