In the upper floor of our house on the edge of the village of Boskamp in the municipality of Olst is our B&B located. You have a private upstairs entrance with 1 bedroom, a cozy room with built-in modern kitchen and a private bathroom with wonderfully soft completely lime-free water and toilet. You have a particularly clear view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the opportunity to enjoy the outdoor seating area in peace. (breakfast is provided free of charge by us)

National monument from 1621

Always wanted to stay in one of Deventer's oldest houses? In my fairytale house (a national monument from 1621), fortunately, much of the history is still intact; the high anteroom, the low old ties on the 1st floor (watch your head) and the beautiful niches. Parts of the house even date back to the 14th century and survived the great city fire in that century. The house is located in a quiet street a stone's throw away from the IJssel and the best restaurants that Deventer owns.

The house is located on a large grounds with a terrace, lounge chairs, gazebo, playground, vegetable garden, orchard and a meadow with sheep. At the beginning of April the first 3 lambs were born! 5 minutes from forest, the heathland and the center of Heerde. There is a covered space for the storage of bicycles, including 2 charging points. The site is fenced, lots of privacy and children can play safely.

This picturesque, complete and carefully renovated old bakehouse (from around 1850) is a 15-minute walk from Heerder beach, with its own entrance and private terrace. The B&B is open from May 2019. The grounds are surrounded by meadows with cows and horses that guard the tranquility of this special place.
