Exceptional, cosy, light and very large house. Lovely living-room, huge kitchen with everything a chef needs. Large walled- city garden and 4 large bedrooms. Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. Wij ventileren en maak alles schoon en hebben altijd alle contactpunten (schakelaars en handgrepen) gedesinfecteerd. U kunt hier lekker uitwaaien, lekker eten halen of oesters zelf plukken. Please come stay in our little cottage with private parking, Netflix, complete kitchen and a fenced-in garden for your dog.

Very luxuriously furnished holiday home directly on the water with a 13 meter long jetty for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). Within a few minutes you can sail to the Volkerak. The water is also connected to the Haringvliet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day in Grevelingenstrand (5 min.) or the Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Also cozy towns in Zeeland are not too far away. The city of Rotterdam, which is popular for tourists, is only 25 minutes away by car.

We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there!
