One of only two suites on offer, the Penthouse Suite comprises of an open-plan lounge, en-suite and bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed. It boasts spectacular views, a stunning sound system, mood lighting and a large screen TV. A dividing wall separates the lounge from the bedroom space. An open-plan en-suite sits behind a large frosted glass block screen, complete with limestone wet-floor, Lefroy Brookes fittings and a Philip Starck shower. Colour mixing lighting finishes off this space. The suite sleeps two. Along with the exclusive use of the Penthouse Suite, you will also have use of the Sauna, the Gym/Yoga studio and the Roof Garden, complete with panoramic views, sun loungers and teak hot tub. The Roof Garden and Hot Tub can be reserved for your exclusive use, upon arrival. You can reserve an hour of exclusive use in each of the following three sessions: in the afternoon, between 1500 and 1900, in the evening between 1900 and 2300 and the following morning between 0730 and 0930. Please note: use of the roof garden and hot tub is weather-dependent, with access being restricted in high winds. Continental breakfast trays are served in your room and welcome refreshments are provided. Lymm is a great place to visit day or night. It is a lovely quaint village offering walks around Lymm Dam, along the Bridgewater Canal and cycling along the Trans Pennine Way all within walking/cycle distance from the tower. There are numerous cafes and restaurants to chose from all within walking distance - our local pub (5-minute walk) is owned by Michelin Star celebrity chef Aiden Byrne and his lovely wife Sarah - providing excellent food at a very reasonable price. We also have Italian, Chinese, Indian, Thai and French restaurants in the village and a great little cafe with a beautiful terrace providing delicious breakfasts and lunches. Altrincham Market is also a fantastic eating and drinking space, only a 15 min drive away; it boasts the worlds best pizzas, amongst many other delights. Dunham Massey and Tatton Park - two fabulous National Trust properties are within a 10-minute drive. Manchester City Centre 20 mins and Liverpool 30 mins drive. Chester is 30 minutes too, and the beautiful market town of Knutsford a 15 mins drive.

    Families only please! This large 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom property provides a comfortable stay for your family. The property is connected to a 1 acre garden (as seen on TV program Gardeners World). It is for the exclusive use of my 3 Airbnb properties. There is a tree house, pagoda and lots of space to enjoy for picnics, BBQs and games. Access is via gate over the road. Parking for 2 cars max.
    This spacious 5 bedroom (7 bed), 2.5 bathroom property comes with an incredible extended garden. Perfect for families. Sleeping Accommodation: - 5 bedrooms (1 master en suite, 2 double rooms, a single room, a double sofabed and double bunk bed in the den/bedroom, double sofabed in the lounge). - The rooms are all clutter free and feel bright and airy. Large Spacious Conservatory: - The glass table extends to seat up to 12 people. - Underfloor heating and double glazing keeps it warm even in winter. Modern family home which is well furnished and very comfortable. All bed linen and towells are provided. The kitchen contains everything you need for cooking and entertaining. There is lots of space and a large dining table. Great for families as there are toys, crib and a hi chair. 2 spaces for off street parking.
    The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Manchester suburb of Walkden. There is a convenience store/coffee shop at the end of the road. A spacious mall with many shops and restaurants (including a very large 24 hour Tesco supermarket) is 10 minutes walk or 2 min in a car. Walkden is well situated for transport links. It is 5 minutes from M60 motorway ring road (junction 13), and it's a 10 minute walk to Walkden station (20 minutes away from Manchester city centre). Blackleach country park is a large nearby park about (5 mins drive). 'Worsley Old Hall' is a very prestigious and traditional 16th century English pub and restaurant 5 mins drive (think cozy rooms, wood panelling and huge fireplaces) - highly recommended. The Trafford centre is about 15 mins drive and is one of the biggest malls in the country with many shops and activities (including a large cinema, food court and creche). Nearby is an indoor ski slope, crazy golf, indoor sky diving, various kids play centres, bounce nation, and much more! The Imperial War Museum is 15 min drive and a fun/educational day out. The Lowry is 20 min drive and includes a gallery, cinema, shopping mall and is located in the vibrant, newly developed Salford Quays area (with amazing water views).   • The downstairs space is fantastic for big groups & the location lovely and peaceful - it was perfect for our large family gathering round in the conservatory/dining room. With good amenities and a huge private garden for our use the place was ideal for our needs and would recommend this place for any large extended family wanting a quiet getaway.

  • A truly lovely home away from home. It matched our expectations, which were very high due to previous guests reviews. We were 3 couples and 2 singles and the home comfortably accommodated us all, and provided all we required to enjoy our time in Manchester for a family wedding. Very clean. Very spacious. The garden is amazing - quite an unusual wonderland. Unfortunately rain prevented us from bringing our grandson to play there. Thanks William and Marie for such a pleasant easy stay.

  • This is a really great property, within easy reach of manchester and with a well equipped kitchen. We easily managed to cook for 13 people with a huge dining table and living room to accommodate us all. As it was just a weekend we slept all over making the most of the large sofas etc. There are 4 bedrooms which is worth knowing if there are couples etc. Overall a great stay and we really made the most of the table tennis / pool tables

Looks too small from the front to be the house in the pics but opens up like the tardis and is unbelievably spacious and well equipped be it the kitchens three ovens and two dishwashers or the pool/table tennis table for the kids. Dining table seats 14 without being extended and was perfect for our family get together. The lake views from the deck were lovely and the gardens seem to go on forever. Perfect for a larger gathering of friends and family with plenty for the kids to do also. Would recommend in a heartbeat 👍

Please note due to environmental reasons, the hot tub is a bolt on & therefore costs extra. Making the house more affordable for none hot tub users.
    Dinning Room:- Two dinning tables, 16 plus chairs. Log burner entrance into garden. Hotess trolley, toys in the cupboard. Lounge: Three sofas, one arm chair. Kitchen: Plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans to entertain confidently. Large fridge, range cooker which has 5 gas hobs, a double oven and a half oven. Electric Shower and toilet down stairs.     We are close to Dunham Massey, Rostherne and Tatton Park. You can also visit the picturesque town of Knutsford and Chester. We are 20 minutes from the Trafford Centre and 40 minutes from Cheshire Outlets at Ellesmeer Port. There are lots of good local pubs and restaurants. If you like walking there are local footpaths to access and cyclists come here too.   • This is a great space for alot of people. The parking is a little more cramped than the picture would suggest, so we did end up having to move cars on to the road to let others out, we had 4 cars. Plenty of glasses and crockery, often a failing with large lets

  • Fantastic hosts - I was greeted on arrival and given a thorough overview of the property . All rooms a great size and very clean . The property has been recently decorated and a new boiler so was cosy and warm for a winter stay . The hot tub was lovely and the area has been recently decked which will allow for a lovely outdoor space in the nicer weather . Giselle and Mike were on hand for any queries to ensure our stay went well . I booked an early check in and a later check out of the property to allow for a work team meeting and overnight stay which worked extremely well and I look forward to doing this again in the future ( there was ample room for our 7 cars to park at the property too )

  • 8 of us stayed here for a hen do and couldnt the place recommend more. Mike was there when we arrived and showed us everything we needed to know and reassured that we could message if we needed anything, and when we did communication was great. The house was clean, cosy and the hot tub was lovely, even in the storms! The kitchen was fully prepped with everything we needed, there were extra towels and flip flops for the hot tub and we got the log burners going at night which made for a perfect cosy evening.   • Quaint country cottage off the beaten path. Fairly convenient to Manchester and Cheshire but definitely “in the country”. Giselle and Mike are wonderful hosts and helped make our family Christmas special. We were there for 12 days over Christmas with our 4 adult children, two respective spouses and 1 year old grandson. The house is well equipped with everything but a dryer; only a possible issue if you are staying for more than a few days. Taxis and Uber services available but probably better to have a hire car if you are traveling by plane or train.

    We would love to welcome you to The Barn at Old Bounty Farm, a rural barn conversion 5 minutes from the M58 The suite has private access and parking. There is a double bedroom, bathroom and living room with a sofa bed There are tea/coffee facilities, a microwave, and fridge. A continental breakfast is provided with cereal and bread. Ideally situated for walks with good pubs and cafes nearby. We are walking distance from Lancashire Manor and Upholland train station for Liverpool and Manchester
    The suite has private access and on site parking. There is a double bedroom, bathroom and living room with a sofa bed, and underfloor heating throughout. There are tea /coffee facilities, a microwave and small fridge. A continental breakfast is provided with cereal and bread The living room has a TV with Amazon FireTV stick and DVD player. There are a selection of books, DVDs and board games and a Bluetooth speaker for streaming music. The bedroom has a TV with Amazon FireTV stick, a hairdryer and full length mirror. We also have two travel cots for infants if you need them.
    The great thing about living here is you can walk out of the front door and straight across the fields, via some great cafes and pubs. We’re also within walking distance of the train station and Lancashire Manor hotel, and only 5 minutes from the motorway for easy access to Ormskirk, Liverpool and Manchester.

  • We booked last minute and did not expect to love it as much as we did. Both Heather, Chris & their family welcomed us when we arrived and gave us local restaurant recommendations. The barn conversion was amazing with beautiful views and the little touches left were lovely. We just wished we could have stayed longer to really appreciate everything - chiminea on a warm night would be fab. Would highly recommend.

A lovely area to have a walk around too, the park is a few minutes away. You'll be right at home here. Graham is very helpful and quick to respond, even when he's not in the country.     Ivy House is a period detached house within a large, enclosed garden situated halfway between Liverpool and Manchester. Just a 5 minute drive to j23 on the M6 and a 7 minute walk to Earlestown railway station with regular direct trains to Liverpool, Manchester and Warrington Bank Quay.
    Accommodation consists of a large luxury double room with Sky tv, Wifi, tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge with fresh milk. A self-service continental breakfast is included to enjoy in your room or in the garden if you wish.
    If you are an early riser it is a 3 minute walk to the market square where on Fridays there is a general market and on Saturday a popular flea-market opening at 6am. The High street at Newton-le-Willows is a 20 minute walk (taxi around £3) and has many restaurants, pubs, and small independent real-ale and wine bars.

Everything was spotlessly clean with a few lovely personal touches - bath fizzers etc. The breakfast was nice, there were different choices and tea and coffee was replenished when needed. Located only a short walk to the train station made it really easy to travel into Liverpool and Manchester. Paul and Ann were very welcoming and showed us exactly where everything was located. We knew if we needed any help that they were there to ask. Beautiful home in a lovely convenient location - would visit again :-)

    A modern, welcoming home with a private guest bedroom. The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac just off the East Lancashire Road which goes directly to Liverpool, or via Haydock Island motorways links to Manchester. Downstairs, an open-plan living, dining and kitchen is shared, with the main bathroom downstairs. The private bedroom is upstairs. Haydock Park Racecourse is very close. There are supermarkets very close too (Aldi, Tesco etc).
    Modern and technical, with heating and lights controlled by voice. All areas are shared except private, lockable bedroom. You are welcome to make use of the shared areas, such as living room, dining room and kitchen too.

  • David and Elaine were fantastic hosts.Their flat was great with plenty space and very clean and private.Lovely patio area outside and use of garden if wished. plenty of space for the car and private entrance.David and Elaine were very helpful in letting us know places of interest and places to eat.A lovely quiet area and Frodsham is a lovely little market town.We loved the Market stall on the Thursday. There is a beautiful park just a minutes walk from house and an amazing antique,bric-a-brac,craft,tea room emporium called Lady Heyes just up the road.Well worth a visit but give yourself plenty time as lots to see. It is so easy to commute to Chester, Liverpool,Manchester and other areas.We will definitely be back if we are in the area again.

    The house is Edwardian and the room you are viewing is large, looking out onto the garden. It comes with a very comfortable double bed, plenty of storage space and fresh towels are provided, along with tea and coffee making facilities.
    Located only 200 metres from Urmston town centre that has a new Sainsburys, Boots, Costa etc and some nice restaurants and pubs. Train Station is 3 minutes walk away giving you access to Manchester City Centre in 15 Mins in one direction and under 1 hour to Liverpool in the other direction. 2 miles from EventsCity, AirKix, Chill Factore, iFly and the Trafford Centre. 3 miles from Salford Quays and Media City, and right next to the M60 if travelling by car.
    Eating-there’s a wide variety of places to eat in Urmston, whether its Spanish tapas, Italian or Indian restaurants they're all within walking distance. If its takeaways you want anything from traditional English fish and chips to Chinese and all the above are available.
  • Steve's place is great - excellent location and Steve is a great host. The house is nicely furnished and the room is well equipped with everything I needed for my stay. Communication with Steve was excellent and he was very accommodating of my needs, allowing me to use the kitchen to make a few meals. A great base for exploring Manchester or as a home from home if working nearby.

    Cheap, clean modern room in shared accommodation with double bed suitable for one person working or visiting. Premises is also occupied by 3 young professional working males. Should be noted that common areas are in constant use by the 3 tenants and as such can be untidy at times
    To the ground floor is a living room with TV and WiFi, separate toilet and shower, andkitchen. Upstairs to the first floor is a further family bathroom. Although the common areas are regularly cleaned it should be noted that they can at times become untidy.
    The neighbourhood consists of similar large terraced houses. It is a 10 minute walk from Stockton Heath with its high end bars and restaurants. In the opposite direction lies a busy retail park with fast food outlets as well as central Warrington with its shops, pubs and restaurants

Value for Money was superb , communication before during and after was excellent ... it’s their home but you have use of a nice lounge downstairs with amazing curved Samsung TV and surround sound and Netflix ... admit ... I binge watched loads while I was in peace and quite...big double bedroom on top floor and a bathroom just for guests. Loved the 2 Boxer dogs ...I love dogs so it was perfect , they both cuddled up to me like I was their long lost uncle ... shame I had to leave them behind ... 100% recommend a stay if u need access to M56 or Warrington and surrounding areas.

    Quiet neighbourhood area, with 1 big supermarket (Morrisons) located 20 minutes by walk (3 mins by car) and 2 more shops (Offie and McColls) - 10 mins walk. Town Centre is 40 mins walk, 10 mins by car or 15 mins by bus. Liverpool City Centre (Lime Street Station) - 30 mins by train, and the same goes for Manchester City Centre (Piccadilly). There are quite a few parks in our area, either for jogging, running, exercise or just chill out walking and enjoying nature. In the Sunny Days, if you are keen - you can even organize Picnics!

  • Chic and wonderfully located apartment! Upmarket neighborhood. Lots of beautiful walks nearby as well as train station, in Manchester or Liverpool in 20 minutes. Jacqueline was a SUPERB host being quick to respond to any communication and was so helpful and accommodating. I was there for a long stay and I felt right a home. The place looks exactly as it does in the pics! Would highly, highly recommend:):)

  • This was our second stay at Jacqueline’s as it is the perfect location for visiting family. We made the most of the swimming pool and soft-play that are within walking distance. The flat is a great size, has everything you need and Jacqueline is a fantastic host. We will be back soon!

  • Warm-hearted host and great communicator !! 5* squeaky-clean apartment with thoughtful touches. Fabulous location for commuters, for people visiting relatives in the North-west region of the UK, or for sightseeing in Liverpool or Manchester - both just a 20-ish minute train trip from N-L-W station which is close by. Very stylish, great amenities. Suit people used to apartment / unit living, eg people who respect noise levels in apartments, esp neighbours on lower floors. Thank you for our memorable stay xx

  • Jacqueline is a fantastic host who is thoughtful and very responsive. We have a young son and Jacqueline was helpful in making sure we had a straightforward stay. The flat is perfect; very stylish and in a nice quiet area. The layout is great and it’s good to have two bathrooms. The lounge/kitchen area makes a great social space. We will be back!!

  • We had a great weekend staying here in Newton! Jacqueline was great to communicate with prior to during & after our stay! We didn’t need to ask for anything as everything was already provided or thought about! The Train station less than a 5 minutes walk to the air BnB! We will definitely use this same Airbnb again!

  • Great apartment, Clean & tidy and had everything we needed for our stay while working away. Good location also to get into Newton Le Willows were the are some nice pubs and restaurants. Jacqueline was really helpful and easy to deal with, Especially when I had forgot to book the apartment for an extra night!
