Elegant Oasis w/ Modern Hot Tub and Fire Pit

Our two bedroom house is the perfect spot for one or two couples traveling with a one Queen and one King bedroom with tall ceilings making it feel very spacious! We have a brand new four person hot tub in our fully fenced in backyard which makes it very private. We also have a four seater wood burning fire pit and a lounge area under a Gazebo. There is one Big screen TV in the living room with amble seating for everyone. Don’t miss out on this excellent opportunity for a fun relaxing time !!

Only a 1 min drive to the revitalized heart of New Albany and short 7 minute drive to downtown Louisville. This stylish 2 br 1 1/2 ba loft like flat was a grocery in the early 1900s. It was renovated to bring back the exposed brick wall, beams and knotty wood floors. The-remodeled bathroom has a new soaking tub and stand in shower. The middle BR also has a futon that pulls out to sleep 2 more. There is also an outdoor firepit on a paved area.

This condo is a one of a kind, with amazing views of river and walking distance to all types of restaurants and bars ampule theater skate park river walk. Agave and Rhy tequila and bourbon bars is 25 steps away. New Albany’s farmers market 2 min walk, Downtown new Albany is amazing and we really hope you enjoy ur stay! 0.4 mile to TOLE FREE bridge. 4 min drive to down town Louisville.
