Apartment holiday rentals in New Albany

Great place to stay- the apartment feels really new and is in a modern and clean building. The apartment itself is large, has a nice kitchen and nice layout (bedrooms are not connected). The area is beautiful and you are steps away from a wonderful walk/hike/run at the Falls of the Ohio state park. All amenities are there. The bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner - I think this was a short oversight as the rest of the house was very clean and tidy.

beautiful place that met all our needs. Quiet, clean, in perfect location to drive quickly over to the Kentucky International Convention Center. Would definitely want to stay there again if coming to Louisville.

Great location. Nicely laid out apartment. Though we didn’t use it much, the kitchen was well stocked; most spices and even some food. They supplied a bottle of wine and some water bottles which was nice. Plenty of towels, wash clothes, shampoo, etc in the bathroom. Nice closet, comfortable bed. Comfortable furniture in the living area, lamps (not just overhead lights, which is a pet peeve). Ashley was very responsive the few times we reached out, and checked in with us a few times to make sure we were enjoying our stay or if we needed anything. I was a little confused by the Key Cafe which is how you get your key at check in, but probably because I was unfamiliar with it. There is an app which goes with it, but they also supply a code which is easier to use. The building where the apartment is located is very upscale and welcoming. There’s an honor bar for snacks and drinks, a number of businesses in the building, and a pizza place / micro brewery at one end of the building.

We absolutely love our time in Louisville and Charlotte's was our wonderful first impression!! The place was so cute and a little home away from home!! The neighborhood was so cute and right around the corner. And it was only 10 minutes from anywhere we wanted to visit. We would absolutely want to stay here again if we get the chance to come back to the area!! Thank you Charlotte!!

The apartment was perfect for us. It was a beautiful and perfect place to stay. I'd definitely recommend to anyone and we would stay there again without hesitation.

The place was great! Beautifully decorated and hosts were helpful and responsive. Very close to University and a perfect place to stay while my daughter went to orientation.

I will definitely stay with Deidra again and so will my travel companions. We didn’t feel crowded, could spread out and absolutely loved the outdoor space. The bathrooms are superb! What I loved most about the property is what the overall property appeared to represent which is empowering and supporting other women realize their dreams and financial independence. Thank you Deidra for being an amazing host and inspiration!

Brandon and his team were hugely communicative via text, which is actually my preference, and I appreciated his assistant really helping me out w a specific ask that I had, Kayla went above and beyond, big kudos to her!!! Would *absolutely* stay there again if I ever make it back to the Derby!

It was a great stay. Here location is in a developing neighborhood. This allows recently built restaurants and shops close by and more to come. Future renters will get a lot out of this stay.

We had a nice stay for a trip visiting Whiskey Row right down the street. If you are looking for walkability this is your place. Bed was comfortable.

Very nice efficiency apartment with private entrance and close to the river trail. Was perfect for my weekend visiting friends!

The host was great at communicating with us before, during and after our stay. They not only provided so much useful information about the home and area but gave customized information, worked with us for an early check-in and checked on us after we arrived. She's super friendly and the home is great. With the 2 rules being take off shoes and have fun... it was a great place and somewhere we would certainly stay again if we're in the area.

Catherine was such a perfect host for such a special weekend! I stayed at her place while celebrating my little sister's wedding and it couldn't have been more perfect. The home was spotless, cozy, and welcoming - exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy the festivities. Catherine went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel at home. I am so grateful we chose her place.for such an important occasion. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a beautiful, stress free experience!

An absolute gem. Exactly as described, and with all the amenities we needed for a visit to Louisville. Devin and NaKayla were responsive to all of our needs, and were quick to reply to our questions. Beautiful apartment and wonderful stay. Looking forward to returning next year.

The location is awesome. It is walkable to everything downtown and the surrounding area. The amenities of the apartment are awesome to utilize. The place is exactly as described.

We rented this space plus the attached pillow and paddock inn for our entire family and it was awesome! The owners go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The place is fully stocked with everything you need and more. The pigs and horses were also great fun for the kids!

We had an absolute blast hanging out in the backyard with the fire pit, hot tub, and yard games provided. Movie night in the downstairs 'game room' was wonderful. We hope to stay here again on future trips!

Very nice place to stay. My family and I felt at home. Donald was very nice and communicated very effectively! From start to finish. I have zero complaints!
