Once slated for demolition, the Heart House was fully restored (in a way that charms everyone) to include a first floor shop and a second floor apartment. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families up to 5.. I keep it small because I dont want big crazy parties.. its 36 miles from Kinnick stadium and 19 mile from down town cedar rapids and cedrel supper club is 7 mins away. Also 2 golf courses each 25 mins away.. Im right off the paved road .My place is also pet friendly with a large outside kennel and one smaller one inside.. it also has a washer drye, smoker, grill and a flat griddle if u like to cook breakfest..its perfect..

Cozy, spacious cottage with a beautiful sunroom porch where guests can enjoy peace and quite. Free Wi-Fi, conveniently located within minutes of downtown, great restaurants, shopping mall and grocery store is right up the road! Basement has a comfortable area for guests to unwind and watch a movie. There is plenty of sleeping space, 3 beds and 2 futons, 1.5 baths, large dining room table with plenty of space. The character within this home is absolutely gorgeous. You wont be disappointed!

Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in. Check out my other listing next door. 3 bed 2 bath if you need more space.
