Had a great stay here. Clean room and washroom. Has a great A/C heater so room is always warm. WiFi is super fast and always online. It is a very safe apartment closed with a gate and parking area which is manned 24/7. Gate keeper is very nice and does everything you ask even and buys anything you ask for. Good communication with owner. Microwave oven and Kettle is useful and clean water bottle is complementary. Recommended. Thanks

Roushan's space has made me an Air BnB believer. I travel a lot for work and used booking.com a lot. I don't think I'll ever go back. If you look hard enough, you can find a place like this that offers amazing value for money. And more than that, our hosts were incredibly sweet and hospitable and made us feel really at home, with a huge helping of traditional Pakistani hospitality, which can be anything from flasks of hot water and all our tea things, to small oranges (calamansis) from their garden (make an excellent tea), or homemade treats. Roushan is also an architect/designer, and it shows in the unassuming and cosy elegance of the space. The room also has an excellent work table which is something I'm always looking for. A lot of amenities that now cannot compete with guest house or hotel bookings. Game-changing experience. Thanks Roushan and family.

Elegant Environment

A very nice, comfortable and pleasant stay. Its located at the heart of model town, close to the link road, with many food options nearby. The host and his family was very friendly. They didn't treat me as guest but a family member. Just a couple of minor things, that need to be improved. Still I definitely plan to stay at this place again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Very tidy and lovely AirBnb apartment equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice bathroom. Roushan is a great host and there when you need him, Very nice and wants to share all hé know about the area. We had a great stay!

This was my first ever AirBnB experience and I was not expecting much. I stayed with my family at Roushan's place and to my surprise I found them amazing host. From the moment we entered the house, his parents were like family to us. They welcomed us, and offered us tea. Parents were so friendly that we spent hours together discussing their artistic passion. We got so attached that we invited them to my wedding ceremony which is going to happen soon. As a profession, they are creative, innovative and artistic people living together in a family. I highly recommend to stay with them whenever you visit Lahore, they are like home away from home.

Booked it for my wife and her mother. As they had to go to lahore for a wedding. They said the host was really supportive and always available. The room was also great and they had no probelms during their stay.

Sabrina’s place was clean, spacious and as pictured, located in a quiet area yet central. While we didn’t interact with Sabrina, the caretaker of the property Louis is incredibly responsive, helpful and kind. We were grateful for all he did and he really takes care of the place well! Would recommend this place as a good value for money.

I sure enjoyed my stay. Especially the food was good I guess it's home cooked. I had no problem finding the location. Communication is quick. Place is very clean. Attendant Umar is very cooperative which is appreciable. I would recommend this place especially for individuals on short business trips as it's quite economical. Overall 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼.

Shams' place was by far the best one we've found on Airbnb in Pakistan and the actual house was better in person than in the photos and description. It was very easy to communicate with the host, he responded almost immediately to any queries or concerns before and after check-in. The location was incredibly safe and convenient, the house fully equipped with amenities and spotless before our arrival. The bedrooms and the actual beds were beyond comfortable and made us feel very much at home. All in all it was an incredible stay that we will remember for months to come. Thank you Shams!

Best place to be in if you visit Lahore All necessary thing available as this host is well prepared for the guest. Loved it. Very close to packages mall. The key given and taker guy javeed was very help full. He even helped us get car washed spotlessly . House is spot on. I will definitely book this property our next visit to lahor.

We had a lovely stay here. Although we did not meet Arslan in person he is very a responsive host. The apartment is in the perfect location for liberty and the designer bridal shops. We felt very safe here. There is a 24hr guard. There is also ample and designated car parking spaces. The apartment itself is clean and has all the amenities needed. An amazing place.

The place is very good with respect to its value interns of price and location. The owner was very straightforward and helpful. The check-in process was very smooth and the gate keeper was very kind and helpful. As compared to previous reviews all plumbing in bathrooms was working perfectly and hot water was always available. There were kitchen utensils available and we washed them before leaving. Overall the experience was very smooth and the owner is quick to answer and helpful.

We had a family emergency and had to rush to pakistan , we initially booked for three days and then extended for another 7 days. The place is one of a kind you can expect. Sparkling clean , secure , guarded and all the basics at their best. Would love to stay here again

Great location, really nice decor and great place to stay. Felt just like home. I was staying over for a couple of days before flying back to the UK. We wanted to visit the emporium mall and fortress stadium and this was in an ideal location. Good communication from Taz and someone was onsite to ensure we had everything we needed. Will return again if I visit Pakistan.

We are from USA and came to visit Pakistan for the first time with my husband and little girl who is 2 and our 6 month old infant son, therefore we were quite worried about the place whether is up to mark for small children's or not, but really the place was amazing, we enjoyed our trip because of Awsomeness Properties, we enjoyed everyday in this apartment, because apartment is very beautiful and we'll decoded, everything's was prefect, Rooms lounge kitchen was v v v clean, lot of hot water with pressure machines was probably our favorite part. This has been by far the best airbnb/hotel experience that I ever had.Me and my family had a great time while staying at this place.It is a newly constructed apartment with best possible finishing.Elegantly furnished Clean modern bathrooms with top of line fittings..Usually you are a bit disappointed when you check into airbnb as place is not as good as it looks In photos.Its the opposite with the property..The photos don't do justice to this place. The apartment is located near to various markets and has 24 hour front desk and security. Whats even better than physical attributes of the building is the hospitality and response you recieve from Owner as well as staff. Communication was smooth and instantaneous.When I needed adjustment in my check in time they went out of their way to accommodate me. Throughout our stay we were made to feel really at home and comfortable. In short one of the nicest, loveliest and best value for money places that you can stay in Lahore. My stay at Muhammad's place was a great experience. He was very polite and welcoming, the check-in and check-out were hassle free. The place was noiseless and it felt like home. Kitchen had everything we needed. They also have frozen food in-case you don't want to go out for eating. The place is easily approachable (emporium mall, wapda town, johar town etc). I must prefer Muhammad's place if you're planning a stay in Lahore.
