The entire property, including the spa, sauna, steam room, terrace and swimming pool, is not shared with other people. Amenities usable all year round: Grand Spa Jacuzzi covered T° adjustable from 30° to 40°, hammam, sauna. Terrace not overlooked. 14-metre swimming pool, heated from early May to late October. The price shown includes cleaning, as well as the provision of sheets, towels and bathrobes. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests are allowed)

The cottage has independent access and an outdoor area with a fully private pool under a beautiful oak tree and with views of the fields and forest. Enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside, just 5 minutes from the village of Astaffort with all amenities, 20 minutes from Agen and Lectoure (Gers), 1 hour from Toulouse and 1.5 hours from Bordeaux.

Confortablement aménagé pour deux personnes et situé dans notre petit village de Castet- Arrouy, venez vous détendre dans ce logement calme et élégant. Les chiens sont acceptés sous conditions. Cette année, nous avons fait le choix de demander un supplément de 3€ par animal et par jour. Il y a plus de ménage et de nettoyage à faire après le départ de vos compagnons à quatre pattes. Nearby are the Moulin des Tours, the Château d'Henry IV, La Bastide de Vianne and the Ludoparc.

For the lucky ones, on a clear day, you will have the chance to see the Pyrenees and at night you can fall asleep admiring the starry sky.
