In the ramparts of the millenary citadel of Mirabel, this village house has just been renovated. Stone walls, basalt and sandstone, lime plaster, wood, solid oak flooring, history is preserved. What makes the house unique is undoubtedly the view from the terrace...And 5 minutes away, the Tower of Mirabel from its 800 years old offers an exceptional panorama. On the garden level of our house (We live upstairs) discover a small independent cocoon bathed in calm and greenery, for a peaceful break. The 1 st accommodation is equipped with 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 1.60, 1 living room with sofa bed, a bathroom, 1 summer kitchen, and 1 swimming pool. The small chalet is 10 meters from the house, it includes: 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, 1 terrace.

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
