Manoj and his housemates are incredibly fun, easygoing and sociable. I had a truly great time here. The room is small and simple but does the job. Stay here to enjoy getting to know these guys and the chance to share food, drinks, laughs and long chats. I really enjoyed and definitely recommend. Also there is a lovely swimming pool on the roof!

If you're planning to visit Mumbai then you must try staying in Manoj' s Flat. It is very comfortable, safe and gives a homely feeling. In evening you can light up the dim party lights which might give you a party vibe with a beautiful view from his balcony. His roommate ashish is one of the nicest person I have come across. I highly recommend you guys to try staying there.

It’s a nice small private room near railway station in an apartment.Good value for money for what you pay.A best place for single traveler who just need a space to rest at economic price. Manoj is a great host who stays with is friends in same apartment and definitely looking to come back again and again in my further business visits.

It’s a lovely home. It is located right next to the church, in a calm and peaceful colony. There are 2 colony dogs which are friendly once you approach them calmly. Clinton has 2 beautiful yellow parrots at this place. Overall it was lovely stay and worth the price!

I needed a place to crash after heavy work days and the serenity and cleanliness of Clinton’s place was just pitch perfect. Add to that is availability to answer all questions was incredible. I cannot thank him and his hospitality enough.

We had such a good time staying at Cliton's place. Cliton and his wife were always available for any of our needs. The room, kitchen and toilet were extremely clean and equipped. We felt very much at home from the first step inside. Our daughter was finally having a proper place to play and without even knowing ahead, we found the whole space friendly and safe.

Samrat place is what exactly described in the post. place is neat , less noise and clean. only problem we have with water which is all over the bombay., fill water on time and make sure to know all the water instruction with host to make life easy. overall pleasant stay ..!

Host Samrat offers a great place to stay in Mira Bhayandar. Its a well located house with all necessary amenities and necessary shops and services at walking distance. We did not use local train so I am unaware of the distance to the nearest train station. However, there are easily available auto-rickshaws outside the apartment to take you to wherever you want. Ola and Uber can also be availed without any hassle. The house is amazing and has been well thought of and designed. Everything one needs for a short or long stay can be found in the house. We stayed there for 2 nights and had quite a comfortable stay. Having said that, there are a couple of issues which can be addressed easily through a proper communication during check-in. The address mentioned in Airbnb description is not completely correct hence please ensure you get the right address before you start for the place. Additionally the water setup in the house is slightly different from regular setup you would find in houses. Thus clear using instructions need to be provided on usage. We had drinking water shortage on the first night and did not quite know how to refill it. We had to boil the tap water and use it for drinking. Overhead tanks needs to filled if they are empty, by the guest and the process of filling is quite tricky. These are minor issues which can be solved by proper communication. All in all its a wonderful place to stay and now since I understand how the things work in the house it would be my preferred place to stay in future.

Great place,value for money!

Ranjana is a lovely, caring and thoughtful host. She welcomed us late in the evening and got up early two days later to help us manage taxis and provide cups of tea when we were off to the airport. Her home is quirky and full of small objects. Her dogs are friendly. Unfortunately, we we don't have time to explore the local area but the express train to Church Gate was easy to access. Highly recommended.

What are the things that one generally looks for when browsing through the available listings? A safe and clean place, good amenities, great host, good reviews about the place, and accessible localities to get to famous places in the city. You get all of these at Ranjana's and more. She loves hosting people. We have had great conversations with her. She shares her experiences and opinions over her delicious breakfasts. Her place is well maintained and nicely decorated with all the antique items. Ranjana is always active to fix any issues or concerns that guests might face. The rooms are spacious and appropriate ventilation is available. We can even cook if we want or get tips from her on some of the best places for having food. She even notes down the restaurants that we have tasted and found them good so that she might try them later. The washrooms are clean too. Ranjana has 2 lovely dogs. So it's definitely a pet friendly place to stay. She also ensures that the guests are comfortable if anyone is scared of the dogs. Last but not the least, she is a lovely person. This was our fourth stay at her humble abode. And we have been fortunate that all of our stays were memorable. Ranjana, we hope to see you again. Good luck and happy holidays ahead! :)

The place is soooo well decorated and all the little details are so cute and beautiful! I felt like in a fairytale or in a movie!!! I absolutely loved the place. You have a big hall near he room you can hang out in and chill with other lodgers, it s huge and has fridge and sink and all... however I hardly spent any time there, Ranjana is such a sweet loving and welcoming person, when I woke up I usually went downstairs for breakfast and the home made breakfast was incredible (and the chai is like soooo goooddd). She also is prepared the most wonderful dinners!!! You ll really feel at home there and you ll always find a smile when you spend time with Ranjana... It is SUPER clean, the bathroom , toilets and room are spotless to European standards which is a bit rare to find even in hotels . It s also rare to find an actual house in Mumbai and not a flat in a tall Building... i felt really safe there, book without hesitation you ll really feel at Home , and if you want to learn Indian cuisine Ranjana also offers the possibility at a charge to take a proper class - you won’t be disappointed!!! She also gives you lots of advise of where to go depending of what you like to do. I ll miss you Ranjana, all our conversation and your smile (and food and chai hehehe).

okay well from where should i start from, i took some time to write but still haven't found those words to describe this place. Before describing the place, let me tell you about the great host. Ranjnaben is totally a gem person and she was always there to support at anytime of the day. its like you just ask for it.. and you get it. She is very down to earth person, and i really appreciate that she came to our event with the other guest. She is really doing a great work and i wish her all the best for the future. The morning breakfast and tea were superb. Even-though i got very less time at home but she was always in touch to check if all was okay. The place is very stylish as shown in the pictures and quite. the home is surrounded by lot of trees so you can feel the coolness throughout the day. It is also very near to the local train station and main road for transportation. I didn't felt i was going to someone's house. felt very homely. This is one of my best b&b stay in Mumbai and i would surely recommend to all.... Thank you Ranjnaben.

A great hospitality.

Place is at walking distance from Bhayander station and is sparkling clean even during the Mumbai monsoon. Neeraja was a great host and super accommodating. We never felt away from home. We cooked food along with her and shared food and recipes too. We will certainly prefer this homely atmosphere over more formal environment in hotel.

Our host, Neeraja and Chandrakant, are extremely kind, helpful, and took care of us like family members. Their hospitality overwhelmed us. No scope of complaints Bhayander station is nearby, walking distance. So commute is easy but crowded. You can also try locals starting from Bhayander which are easy to board. Otherwise try auto, Ola, or Uber (costly). Local train journey will save your time and money. Room is large, airy, and didn't feel the urge to turn on the AC always. Breakfasts were unexpectedly delicious and variety of dishes. My wife used to get special food for her dental problem. Excellent housekeeping. Calm and quiet neighborhood. WIFI is extremely fast and no failure. Lots of local food stalls and eateries, veg and non-veg, nearby. We have already booked our second visit.

Amey's place is surronded by plants and trees which is very peaceful for nature lovers.. Uncle and aunty are very supportive and friendly..i really loved the way aunty guided me.. The place is very clean with all ammenties..if yo are looking for a peaceful enviornment go for it

Thank you so much for letting me stay at your place. First of all I would say that caretaker is very nice and friendly. He responses very quickly and helps you if you need anything. Also the apartment is very clean and tidy. The location is perfect near the station and all the local shops are near too.

It was pleasure being at this property. For me it was the nearest place to my place of work . Only issue was the address on mail and app and actual address was completely different and 3 km away. Suggest people to get the right address before reaching . We had tough time to redirect ourselves to the correct address which we got after cross cross communication with the host. Other wise the place was convenient and good !

The stay was really good. apartments are very clean and are serviced every day. The only issue we faced was the last minute changes in address.

Although i booked in the last minute but must say, the space was sparkling clean and there is a restaurant named avengers.. narender the caretaker was quite empathetic and ready to solve your queries ..so if u had a self serviced booking, go downstairs and you would get anything over there. Getting conveyance is also easy.

I have stayed at Ranjana’s a couple of times already and the latest experience was even better. It’s amazing to exchange notes with the host and other travellers while still having as much personal space as you like. Would definitely recommend.

Ranjana´s home is a warm-hearted oasis in the middle of the megacity Mumbai. It is located in a safe neighborhood where one can experience the local way of life, off the beaten tracks. It takes about 1 hour by train to reach the well-known sightseeing spots in the city center. Ranjana offers different rooms in her home: I stayed on the ground floor, sharing the living area, the kitchen and the bathroom with her. As I am very much in love with dogs, I enjoyed having her 2 German shepherds living with us. For me, Ranjana is a super host for many reasons: She helped me whenever I needed advise or support, she showed me around the neighborhood, she prepared fantastic Indian food for breakfast and dinner and last but not least she was a great conversation partner.

Would definitely recommend Ranjana’s place. This was my second visit and I had a great stay. Ranjana and her family are warm and welcoming. Amazing Indian breakfast to boot!

Ranjana as a host/person was amazing. I mean from the beginning, we arrived a few hours earlier than the expected check-in time and she arranged everything for us within 5 mins. The talks, food, place, the 2 cute dogs etc were amazing. She is a great host and the location of the place was also amazing. The birds chirp in the morning giving you the feeling of not being in a city with so much hustle. On top of that, the decor of the rooms is elegant, classy. Next time, whenever I get a chance to visit Mumbai, surely going to stay here only. :)

We chose to stay at Ranjana's place at the end of our 4 month tour of India. We had stayed with her when we arrived back in October and for us it was a no brainer. I stayed one week at Ranjana’s bungalow in her huge room located on the ground floor. Ranjana is a wonderful person who will do everything to make you feel at home. Her place is 5 minutes walk from the local train which is the heart line of the Bombay’s public transportation network. The house is surrounded by trees in a very calm neighborhood. Communication was fast and easy. Ranjana is always available to assist you if you have questions, special needs or if you just want to talk! With no hesitation I highly recommend this place.

Ranjana is a superstar. The hostess with the mostest! She is quite simply a very special, caring lady who clearly loves sharing her home and life with random strangers from around the world! Her cooking is spectacular, her tea is to die for and absolutely nothing is too much trouble. She went so way and above the call of duty with us and our nightmare trying to book train tickets, she deserves a medal! We met her fabulous crazy daughter and other friends and family and felt truly at home with them all. After just 3 days I feel we have already learned so much about Indian culture and made a friend for life.

This is a really nice place to stay. It had the Feel of Goa in middle of this busy mumbai city. It is very near the local transport. The host is really nice and has good communication. There are three cute dogs in the house Olive, Wild and Berry. I would recommend this place to everyone its amazing.

❤ Location is superb, easy to locate and close from important places. ❤ very kind and helpful owner. Very soft spoken and professional ❤ towels and mats are freshly cleaned ❤ theres a rocking chair and ac 💔 doesn't have a bed, there are two sofa cum beds. We loved it but some people may not.

If you are looking for a peaceful and safe place to stay in Bombay, this is it. This beautiful accomodation situated near St. Thomas church is the most peaceful place I have ever stayed in Bombay. Best part being you have two cute watchdogs along with two parrots looking after you. Far better than staying at a oyo or any other hotel. Clinton the host is a very kind, accommodating and helpful.
