On approximately 50 m2 and 2 levels, the house includes: Ground floor: living room/kitchen with direct access to the terrace, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms (double beds 140) and toilet. <!>Pets accepted, avoiding leaving them alone if possible (in an unknown place). Ski resorts 50 minutes max.

This 53 m2 2-room apartment, completely renovated, is located 5 km from the border, 20 minutes from Geneva airport, and 30 minutes from Annecy. Train station access 100 m away. Quiet, it has a living room that opens onto a terrace with a beautiful unobstructed view, a bedroom with closet, a bathroom with washing machine, a separate toilet and a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator and free parking in the building.

Studio for rent in a self-catering chalet with terrace. One bathroom with shower and one kitchen completes this accommodation of 19m2. Parking is free and a restaurant is nearby. Private Jacuzzi available on reservation 48 hours in advance. Linen, sheets and heating are included. Coffee is offered as well as one bottle of water per person. An umbrella bed is available. The decor is resolutely contemporary and colorful for the living room and neo-retro for the shower room. The kitchen/dining area has the essentials to warm up or cook single dishes. Located in the hamlet of Ballon overlooking the city, it offers you calm and comfort for your stays of 2 nights minimum.

Large cozy 1 bedroom with us

Our T1 bis is located above our garage, attached to our house. The entrance is independent, without vis-à-vis, with a parking space available. We are in Cruseilles, a small town with all amenities, halfway between Annecy (20 minutes) and Geneva (20-30 minutes) and 5 minutes from the highway entrance allowing you to easily crisscross the Savoie territory. In case of 2 guests sleeping in 2 separate beds, I ask for a surcharge on the stay of 10€.
