The cottage sleeps two but can accommodate an additional two on a comfortable sleeper couch. We even have room for your boat and trailer as the summer season arrives! The stone building, a 1920s gatekeeper’s cottage, is part of a Gilded Age estate, and is lovingly restored to meet your needs in comfort, including a full kitchen, bath and geothermal central heat and a/c.

The house is located in Meredith, two blocks from Winnipasaukee, shops, lakefront restaurants, and a short walk to Meredith beach. The rear deck overlooks the Wakewaun-Winnipasaukee stream/canal and a canoe awaits. Five acres of forested town parkland abut the property. The family kitchen has huge windows overlooking the garden, canoe and the canal. The living room has leather couches and recliners for relaxed family fun! Beautiful, cozy home 1/2 mile away from the scenic views of Meredith, NH. This cozy home offers fun all year round. Between ice fishing on the lake, skiing the trails of Gunstock, riding snowmobile trails right from our front door, to relaxing on Weirs beach, you'll always find enjoyment. This cozy home is minutes/walking distance away from outstanding eating, drinking, and shopping. A perfect place for family vacations, or weekend get aways!

Downtown! Studio w 3/4 Bathroom. Private Entrance!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
