A 2-step walk from the center and a 10-minute walk to the lake, our DienVilla will offer you all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay and to discover all the riches of our region. A little nod and pun about the name we chose for our house. In 864 the village of Dienville was called Dienvilla!!

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Our 50 m2 Prestige accommodation consists of a seating area (with a 140/190 sofa bed) and a sleeping area with a queen size bed (160/200) overlooking the private Jacuzzi with a view of nature. A 15 m2 terrace. Former water mill, located by the stream in the heart of the Champagne vineyard. Freshly renovated, the mill has 2 bedrooms upstairs, a very well-equipped kitchen, a large living room (about 35 m²) with the possibility of 2 additional beds. Secure and fully enclosed terrace with garden furniture, sunbathing and barbecue. 5 minutes to Nigloland Park, 10 minutes to Lac d 'Amance and 45 minutes to Troyes and factory shops.

Relax in this quiet and stylish place. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, vineyards and factory stores. On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area. On the same level, you have a bedroom, shower room and toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.
