Le long balcon vous permettra d’admirer la vue en profitant de l’extérieur. Votre voiture sera stationnée dans un box sécurisé au sous-sol de l’immeuble.

This pretty village house has been designed for families, the decoration is very neat, enough to make you want to put your bags down for a long time. You can discover the beautiful lake region, the port of Dienville 2 minutes from the house with its water activities and restaurants, the Orient Forest, the beautiful city of Troyes and the Nigloland amusement park located 15 minutes away.

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Le Moulin de La Font (Lac Amance - Nigloland)

Former water mill, located by the stream in the heart of the Champagne vineyard. Freshly renovated, the mill has 2 bedrooms upstairs, a very well-equipped kitchen, a large living room (about 35 m²) with the possibility of 2 additional beds. Secure and fully enclosed terrace with garden furniture, sunbathing and barbecue. 5 minutes to Nigloland Park, 10 minutes to Lac d 'Amance and 45 minutes to Troyes and factory shops.

The MoNa Mill

Charming renovated house, located on the banks of the Marne, in a setting of greenery and tranquility. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with views of the Marne, including a master suite. There is also a bathroom and shower room.

We offer a cottage in our farmhouse, located near the lakes of the Orient Forest (5 min walk from Lake Dienville) and 20 minutes from Nigloland! Guests will enjoy a peaceful setting, surrounded by nature. Gite ideally located for outdoor activities (walks on the lake dike, electric boat trips and fishing).
