Enjoy a stylish and warm home located on a small pedestrian street in the heart of Troyes with its mini inner courtyard. This triplex apartment typical of half-timbered houses has been completely renovated (VALENTIN Workshops) and it is with passion that I have completely furnished and decorated it. Parking nearby, a ticket offered during your stay. Visit the Saint-Pierre and Saint-Paul Cathedral, the timber-framed houses, the media library, the tool house, etc.

The house is located a few hundred meters from the town center. It is spacious, old-style, with rustic furniture. Free parking is available in front of the house. Nearby are the Lakes (Lake Dienville, Lake Der, Lake Mesnil St Père) and its beaches, the Lakes bike path (42 km path), the Nigloland amusement park, the Charles de Gaulle Memorial in Colombey-les-Deux-Églises, the Joa Lac du Der casino in Giffaumont, and the circuit of half-timbered churches.

Charming village house, completely renovated. We wanted to preserve the soul and authentic charm of this house by combining it with all modern comforts. A 2-step walk from the center and a 10-minute walk to the lake, our DienVilla will offer you all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay and to discover all the riches of our region. A little nod and pun about the name we chose for our house. In 864 the village of Dienville was called Dienvilla!!

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Le Moulin de La Font (Lac Amance - Nigloland)

Former water mill, located by the stream in the heart of the Champagne vineyard. Guests can enjoy the view of our horses in the meadow, as well as walks in the forest accessible 200 m from the house. Ideally located, 20 minutes from historic Troyes city center and outlet stores, 5 minutes from Lusigny-sur-Barse for all daily needs, and 35 minutes from the famous Nigloland amusement park.

Ideally located near Lake Orient Forest, many activities are offered. We even created a game room to keep the kids entertained if necessary! On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with views of the Marne, including a master suite. There is also a bathroom and shower room.
