The apartment consists of a bedroom suite with double bed 160 cm, dressing room, bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, hair dryer, separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen is open to a comfortable dining area. The living room gives access to the terrace.

Ideally located, close to the lake (beach at 300m) and the city center (1.5km) of Thonon and 30 minutes from the ski resorts of the gates of the sun, Bernex, Thollon etc. You can take advantage of a space (15m²) to store your bikes or skis for example, and also a garden with barbecue and garden table. Private parking in the courtyard of the chalet. Please read the house rules for cleaning and heating fees (winter period).
