Notre bien est situé sur un terrain privé avec parking privatif. Stations de ski d’Hirmentaz à seulement 20 min, 30 km pour se rendre à Abondance ou Chatel 1 petite heure pour Avoriaz, les Gets, ou encore Chamonix. Un emplacement idéal situé également à 7km de Thonon Les Bains et à 15 min de la ville d’Evian Les Bains.
