L'Angolo di Casa Verrua is located in Piazza Gran Madre di Dio in the Borgo Po district, a short walk from the city center. The apartment, with great views, is located on the second floor (staircase with elevator) of a historic building and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The building is on the corner of the pedestrian island of Via Monferrato, full of shops, clubs and restaurants. Public parking is available for a fee in Piazza Gran Madre and nearby. The supermarket is a few meters from the house.

It's a large two-room apartment, equipped with all the comforts (new A/C, washing machine, dishwasher, very large flat screen TV, 1000GB FIBER free...). The bed is 180x200 with a comfortable topper. You'll have a Chromecast available by projecting Netflix or similar on TV. 5 ' walk from the metro and bus stops for the Stadium or trains. The condominium is quiet, on the 5th floor and away from noise. Free car parking on the course and internal bike parking. Sofa bed 160cm long in the living room.

We are within walking distance of the Royal Palace of Venaria. The apartment is composed as follows: living room with TV, double sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with walk-in closet. It is full of every comfort: 2 TVs, fast Wi-Fi network, dishwasher, washing machine, underfloor heating and air conditioning. Being in the center, we are in the ZTL area. Perfect for a cultural stay, a visit to the Mandria Park or the Allianz Stadium. Payment for the tourist tax is required on site.

From Casa Leo you can reach the city center in a 10-minute walk, crossing the magnificent Royal Gardens, the pride of our city. A few steps from the Mole Antonelliana, Piazza Castello and the Palatine gates.

Io utilizzo saltuariamente l'appartamento ed in una parte dell'armadio ci saranno dei miei abiti. L'appartamento è nei pressi dello J Stadium: circa 15 minuti a piedi. Parcheggio gratuito in strada.
