Maison Marcks Champagne | Old Town Ay

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

La Longère

Small charming farmhouse, in the heart of the Reims mountain, among the Champagne vineyards. This accommodation is at the entrance to the oldest farmhouse in the village, located about 25km from Reims, 10km from Epernay, 15km from Hautvillers and 5km from Ay, in the birthplace of Champagne. You will have a space of about 70m², on two levels, all amenities to eat and relax (equipped kitchen, TV, fireplace, barbecue, bikes, wi-fi). Stop on the Wine Route, come and rest there!

It is located 10 minutes from Reims, and 20 minutes from Epernay by car, close to several UNESCO World Heritage sites. Nestled in the heart of the vineyards, our house is located in Courmas, in the Parc naturel de la Montagne de Reims, about 13 km from Reims. The Les Chapitres gîte, labelled 3 épis Gîtes de France, has independent access and can accommodate up to 4 people. The bed linen and towels are provided. Parking space is available near the cottage. Electric bike rental available on request to discover the region.

The cottage is located in the natural park of the Reims mountain, in the heart of the Grand Cru vineyard. The vines are just a few meters from the house. Close to the forest, you can go hiking, biking (mountain biking and road) and visit cellars. Charming village overlooked by a mill and a lighthouse. Ideally located halfway between Reims and Épernay (15/20 min), come and discover our beautiful region.
