Oly's house is a relaxing vintage stone house by the sea. Situated at the magnificent area of Amoni, is just an hour and a half from Athens, half an hour from Corinth and Ancient Epidaurus and many other landmarks such as Mycenaes, Nafplion, Porto Heli and many more. It is ideal if you just want to relax watching the sea, or do some sightseeing. You have the choice of jumping off the rocks to the sea just under the house, or visit one of the three beaches found in the area. The choice is yours.

It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

Στο πίσω μέρος βρίσκεται μια αυλή προκειμένου εκεί τα παιδιά σας να απολαμβάνουν το παιχνίδι τους. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση μόλις 150μ από τη γραφική παραλία Κοκκώσι. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Το George's apartment βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο των Λουτρών Ωραίας Ελένης.Απέχει 50 μέτρα από την θάλασσα και έχει απεριόριστη θέα σε θάλασσα και βουνό. Διαθέτει μεγάλα μπαλκόνια, αυλή με ελεύθερο πάρκινγκ και μπάρμπεκιου. Βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση από το εμπορικό κέντρο και από τις οργανωμένες παραλίες της περιοχής.Το διαμέρισμα είναι ένας ενιαίος χώρος με διπλό κρεβάτι, ψυγείο, κουζίνα και τραπεζαρία.Βρίσκεται στον 2ο όροφο του συγκροτήματος χωρίς ασανσέρ.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

This small authentic island is located in the heart of the Saronic.
