Ideally located at the exit of the village, quiet, close to shops. The house is composed on the ground floor of a large living room of 50 m2, a bedroom and a large bathroom. Two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The living room on the ground floor is air-conditioned. Equipped with a 6-seater outdoor SPA and 2 terraces with relaxing furniture and barbecue. Broadband WiFi throughout the villa and on the terrace. Access to Orange's bouquet TV channels and NETFLIX. The rental includes the entire house, garden and private access to the SPA. The garden, enclosed by an automatic gate, can accommodate 3 cars. I live near the villa. I can make myself available to help you during your stay or stay very discreet.... it's up to you. I will be there to welcome you, but I can also leave you the keys in a key box coded for more flexibility. Enjoying a quiet and natural environment, the villa is located in a neighborhood composed of a dozen houses at the exit of the village. Bright duplex, air-conditioned completely renovated, functional and fully equipped. We have tastefully decorated it to make it feel like home. Located 13 km from the heart of Bordeaux on a private property of 8,000m2 with sheepfold, 5x10 heated and secure swimming pool (submerged shutter) that you can enjoy during sunny days (pool shared with the owners).
