Come and have a pleasant stay in my apartment located in the family resort of Les Contamines-Montjoie. On the 3rd floor of a small, quiet building, with elevator access. Located 200 m from the ski lifts and 5 minutes from the Nordic area, there are 2 ski rental companies, a bread depot as well as 2 nice bars in the evening at the foot of the residence. A convenience store is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. Many hiking trails are also close to the apartment. -> Cleaning not included

Our apartment was recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave). This is a nicely designed 26m2 flat. Forget about small claustrophobic studios, without space to cook or to organize your clothes and travel items. Everything here was thought to provide you excellent comfort for a few days or even weeks. 3min from ski lift and 10min from city center (shops, groceries, restaurants). Chamonix is ​​33km away by car and Megève is 21km away.

It is composed at the entrance of a corridor with a bunk bed (80 x 190) and a main room with a pull-out bed of 160 x 190 (2 mattresses of 80 x 190)/fully refurbished equipped kitchen. A bathroom, refurbished shower and separate toilet. Secure locker on the ground floor. Linens and towels are provided. Cleaning must be done upon checkout: floor, kitchen, fridge and bathrooms.
