Philippe et Pemmy auront le plaisir de vous accueillir dans une maisonnette indépendante (voisine de leur résidence) en lisière de forêt dans le petit hameau d'Ossat, niché au dessus de Marignier, et au pied du Môle. A proximité vous trouverez de nombreuses randonnées, via ferrata, canyoning, rafting, vtt... et vous serez proches des stations de ski: Grand Massif 25', Porte du Soleil 30', Praz de Lys/Sommand 30', les Brasses 25', Chamonix 50’. Genève et Annecy sont à moins d'une heure.

In the heart of a small hamlet with typical charm, you will enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains. Ideal starting point for hiking, biking, skiing (resorts less than 20 minutes away), or getaways to Annecy, Chamonix, Geneva (1 hour) or Lake Geneva (40 minutes). This beautiful refurbished studio is located in the Golden Triangle, less than 30 minutes from Geneva, 45 minutes from Annecy and Chamonix.
