This 1,488 ft², 2+ Bed 2 Bath ranch with business suite accommodates 5 guests and is located in the coveted southside in a quiet neighborhood. Master has a king bed, bath, and walk-in closet. 2nd Bed has king bed. 3rd room has a twin bed and is equipped with desk and, high-speed Wi-Fi. The living room and kitchen with TV, gas fireplace. 2 stall garage. Deck with outdoor eating. Fenced backyard. Dogs welcome here! There is a $50/day charge for 5th guest and one-time $30 pet charge/stay.

The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

This is a basement apartment in a local family home. It has a private bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette, and common space to hang out with a pull out bed if needed . There is space to park on the driveway and is walking distance to Dordt College the local public high school and the All Season Center with the ice rink and indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Downtown is also very close for local businesses, coffee shops, and grocery store.

We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.

The Loft

This unique place has a style all of its own. Welcome to our lofted guest suite. One private bedroom and bathroom with open area overlooking family garage gym area. The perfect spot whether you’re in town for the weekend or a college game. Please note: bedroom has its own thermostat for your control. Open loft garage area kept around 65 degrees in winter, 74 degrees in the summer.
