Beautiful penthouse in the waterfront area

Guests will love this house for the brightness, silence, the many comforts and the beautiful view of the harbor and the waterfront. In the morning you can enjoy the sun rising from the sea and in the evening appreciate the sea breeze after the heat of the day, or go down to be in the middle of the Crotonese nightlife, eat good fish or a simple pizza in the many places on the waterfront without having to use the car while the children can play in the areas equipped with the inflatables.

The rooms are in an old south italian Villa used by my family as a winery. You will enjoy the beautiful view on the Medieval Village, the Jonian Sea and the wineyards around. Fully equipped kitchen and pool. 5 minutes by car from the old village and 10 minutes from the Marina. We rent one of the two bedroom at the first floor but you can also rent the whole house up to max 6 guest. Send me a message and we will find the best solution. Nice apartment 100 m from the sea

The apartment consists of a large kitchen with table, sofa and TV, two bedrooms, the first with two single beds, the second double and a bathroom with shower. The rooms and kitchen have windows overlooking the sea and both rooms have a large wardrobe and desk. The sea and the free beach are 100 meters away as well as pizzerias and bars. Parking is free on the street and nearby. I pay particular attention to cleaning and sanitizing the rooms after each visit.
